Yes. QuoteCloud shows when a quote is sent, first viewed and signed, and the job it created sits in simPRO with its own status. The two aren't kept matching after the job is created: later changes in simPRO don't update the QuoteCloud document, and changes to a signed document don't update the job.
Generate or Fetch Document PDF Link gives Zapier a link to the document's PDF that only works for a short time. Put simPRO's Attach File to Job right after it in the same Zap, with Find Job in between to pick the right job, so the file is attached while the link is valid.
QuoteCloud's Zapier app is on the Essentials plan and up. Each document created through Zapier or the API carries a fee of US$2.00, falling to $1.80 and $1.60 at higher volumes. Zaps that only create simPRO jobs or attach files don't create QuoteCloud documents, so they carry no document fee. You also need a simPRO account and a Zapier plan.
