Connect QuoteCloud to Zoho CRM through Zapier and a new deal can become a quote with its contact added as the recipient. When your client signs, the deal can move to its next stage without anyone copying the news across.
Zoho CRM is a customer relationship management app for tracking leads, contacts and deals through your pipeline. QuoteCloud customers keep their deals in Zoho CRM and send the quote or proposal their client signs from QuoteCloud.

Events & functions
Tidewell Pavilion
Tidewell Pavilion tracks every function enquiry as a Zoho CRM deal. When functions manager Elena Brooks adds the Kestrel Analytics end-of-year function, a Zap creates the proposal with venue hire and catering as price-table rows and adds Daniel Reyes as the recipient. Elena adds photos and the menu choices before sending, and Daniel ticks the optional extras he wants.
Fernleigh & Sloane Property sends listing proposals with the agency agreement for owners to sign online. Sales agent Nina Castellan sent one to Claire and Tom Whitaker for 14 Linden Crescent. When Claire signed, a Zap moved the Zoho CRM deal to its listed stage, so principal Laura Sloane's pipeline report was right before the photographer was booked.
Fenwick Arden often adds a client contact in QuoteCloud first, when a fee proposal is needed quickly. When director Clara Whitlow added Marcus Bell from Quayline Property Group as a recipient, a Zap found or created him in Zoho CRM. The practice's contact list stays complete, and nobody keys the same person into two systems.
Create a Zap and sign in to QuoteCloud and Zoho CRM when Zapier asks. Zapier access to QuoteCloud is on the Essentials plan and up.

FAQ
QuoteCloud and Zoho CRM: questions
How does QuoteCloud connect to Zoho CRM?
Through QuoteCloud's Zapier app, with no code to write. You choose what starts each Zap, such as a new deal in Zoho CRM or a recipient signing in QuoteCloud, and the action that follows, such as Create Document or Update Module Entry. Zapier shows the triggers and actions available for your Zoho CRM account as you build.
Will deal details fill the QuoteCloud document?
Yes, the ones you map. In Zapier you map Zoho CRM fields, standard or custom, into the document's data items and price-table rows, with a label, note, price, quantity, term, tax and discount for each row. The deal's contact can be added as the recipient. Zapier doesn't tick options or choose content blocks; your client ticks the options.
Can a signed quote update the deal?
Yes. Recipient Signed Document and Document Signing Complete are QuoteCloud triggers in Zapier, so a signature can start a Zap that finds the deal and updates it, for example by moving its stage. First views and status changes are triggers too, using Recipient First Viewed Document and Document Status Changed, so the deal can show those as well.
Does it keep both apps matching all the time?
No. Each Zap is a one-way automation that runs when its trigger fires. A new deal can create a document, and a signature can update the deal, but these are separate Zaps. Editing the deal in Zoho CRM won't change a quote you have already sent, so check the document before you send it.
What does it cost?
Zapier access is on QuoteCloud's Essentials plan and up. Each document created through Zapier or the API carries a fee of US$2.00, falling to $1.80 and $1.60 at higher volumes. Zaps that only update Zoho CRM deals or contacts don't create documents, so they carry no QuoteCloud fee. You also need a Zapier plan that covers your task volume.
