How much is the per-document fee for my volume?
Enter how many documents your Zaps or the API will create in a month. The three rates are shown side by side because the volume they apply at is set by QuoteCloud.

Cost questions
How much does the QuoteCloud monday.com connection cost?
You need QuoteCloud's Essentials plan or higher for Zapier and API access, from US$39 per user per month. Each document a Zap or the API creates carries a per-document fee of US$2.00, $1.80 or $1.60 by volume. You also need a Zapier plan for your task volume.
Which per-document rate will I pay?
It depends on your volume: the rate falls from US$2.00 to $1.80 and $1.60 per document as volume grows. QuoteCloud sets the volumes each rate applies at and doesn't publish them, so ask QuoteCloud for the tiers that match the number of documents you expect to create.
Do Zaps that update monday.com cost anything in QuoteCloud?
No. The per-document fee is only for documents created through Zapier or the API. Setting a status, posting updates, creating items on a delivery board and matching contacts don't create QuoteCloud documents, so they carry no QuoteCloud fee, though each step uses tasks on your Zapier plan.
Do I need QuoteCloud's Business plan for monday.com?
No. Every recipe on this site runs on Essentials, which includes Zapier and API access, custom data items, Form Builder, the Product Library and QuoteCloud Payments. Business adds the approval workflow, scheduled document send and the sales forecast, which some teams want for other reasons.
