What the FreshBooks connection costs
A QuoteCloud plan with Zapier access, a Zapier plan for your volume, and your FreshBooks plan. The FreshBooks recipes read signed and paid documents, so they don't create any, and don't carry QuoteCloud's per-document fee.

You need QuoteCloud's Essentials plan or higher for its Zapier app, from US$39 per user per month, a FreshBooks account and a Zapier plan for your task volume. The FreshBooks Zaps on this site create clients, invoices, projects and payments, not QuoteCloud documents, so they carry no per-document fee. Zaps that create documents do.

QuoteCloud plans are priced per user per month. Each plan includes everything below it.
Essentials, US$39 per user per month
The Zapier app and API, QuoteCloud Payments through Stripe or PayPal for deposits, custom data items and the product library: every Zap on this site.
Business, US$59 per user per month
Adds the approval workflow, scheduled document send, the sales forecast and AI Co-Worker. None of the FreshBooks Zaps needs it.
Creating documents with Zaps too?
Only if you add a Zap or API call that creates QuoteCloud documents. Enter how many a month; the three rates are shown side by side because the volume they apply at is set by QuoteCloud.

Cost questions
Does QuoteCloud charge per FreshBooks invoice?
No. Creating a FreshBooks invoice, client, project, recurring invoice or payment from a QuoteCloud document doesn't create a QuoteCloud document, so there's no per-document fee. You need QuoteCloud's Essentials plan or higher for its Zapier app.
When does the per-document fee apply?
When a Zap or the API creates a QuoteCloud document, for example with Create Document. Those documents carry US$2.00, $1.80 or $1.60 each by volume. Proposals you write and send yourself in QuoteCloud don't carry it.
What else do I pay for?
Your FreshBooks plan, and a Zapier plan with enough tasks for your volume: each action a Zap runs counts as a task in Zapier. Stripe or PayPal charge their own fees on deposits paid on your documents.
Is there a cost to use Make instead?
Make has its own plans. QuoteCloud's API access is on Essentials and up. Whether documents a Make scenario creates carry QuoteCloud's per-document fee isn't stated, so ask us if your scenarios will create documents; the FreshBooks jobs on this site don't.
