You need QuoteCloud's Essentials plan or higher for its Zapier app, from US$39 per user per month, plus QuickBooks Online and a Zapier plan for your task volume. The QuickBooks Zaps on this site create invoices, estimates, payments, customers and products, not QuoteCloud documents, so they carry no per-document fee.

Do the QuickBooks Zaps carry the per-document fee?
The fee is for documents created through Zapier or the API. Here's where each recipe on this site lands.
No QuoteCloud fee
Quote to invoice, estimates, payments and receipts, customers and products: they read QuoteCloud documents or write contacts and products.
Carries the fee
Create Document run by a Zap or the API, such as drafting QuoteCloud quotes from another app. None of the recipes here does that.
Building in Make?
Make is bring-your-own, through QuoteCloud's API. If your scenarios will create documents, ask us which fee applies to your volume.
Which QuoteCloud plan do the Zaps need?
QuoteCloud plans are priced per user per month. Each plan includes everything below it.
Essentials, US$39 per user per month
The Zapier app and API, the product library, custom data items and QuoteCloud Payments through Stripe or PayPal: every Zap on this site.
Business, US$59 per user per month
Adds the approval workflow, scheduled document send, the sales forecast and product bundling. None of the QuickBooks Zaps needs it.
Creating documents from other apps too?
If other Zaps or your own code will create QuoteCloud documents, enter how many a month. The three rates are shown side by side because the volume they apply at is set by QuoteCloud.

Zapier tasks
Each step that runs uses tasks on your Zapier plan. The invoice Zap with the PDF attached is four steps per signed quote.
Stripe or PayPal fees
Payment gateways charge their own fees on what clients pay through QuoteCloud. Reconcile them as your bookkeeper does now.
Your QuickBooks plan
Billed by QuickBooks. Some features these Zaps use, such as custom invoice numbers or staged invoicing, depend on your QuickBooks settings.

How much does the QuoteCloud QuickBooks Online connection cost?
You need QuoteCloud's Essentials plan or higher for its Zapier app, from US$39 per user per month, plus QuickBooks Online and a Zapier plan for your task volume. There's no separate charge for QuickBooks, and the QuickBooks Zaps on this site carry no per-document fee.
Why don't the QuickBooks Zaps carry the per-document fee?
Because they don't create QuoteCloud documents. The fee of US$2.00, $1.80 or $1.60 by volume is for documents created through Zapier or the API. Creating QuickBooks invoices, estimates, payments and customers, or QuoteCloud contacts and products, isn't creating a document.
Do I need the Business plan for QuickBooks?
No. Every QuickBooks Zap on this site works on Essentials, which includes the Zapier app and API, the product library and QuoteCloud Payments. There's no native QuickBooks connection on Business or any other plan; Business adds features such as the approval workflow and the sales forecast.
