You need QuoteCloud's Essentials plan or higher for its Zapier app, from US$39 per user per month, plus a Zapier plan for your task volume and your Xero subscription. What carries the per-document fee, and what doesn't
No QuoteCloud fee
Every Xero recipe on this site: draft invoices, deposits, the signed PDF, contacts and items. They read QuoteCloud and write to Xero.
Carries the fee
Create Document, run by a Zap or through the API: a QuoteCloud quote created from another app's data, such as a CRM deal or a web form.
Building in Make?
Make is bring-your-own, through QuoteCloud's API. If your scenarios will create documents, ask us which fee applies to your volume.
Which QuoteCloud plan do the Zaps need?
QuoteCloud plans are priced per user per month. Each plan includes everything below it.
Essentials, US$39 per user per month
The Zapier app and API, the product library, custom data items and QuoteCloud Payments for deposits through Stripe or PayPal: every Xero Zap on this site.
Business, US$59 per user per month
Adds the approval workflow, scheduled document send and the sales forecast. None of the Xero Zaps needs it: there is no Business-plan Xero connection.

How much does the QuoteCloud Xero connection cost?
You need QuoteCloud's Essentials plan or higher for its Zapier app, from US$39 per user per month, plus a Zapier plan for your task volume and your Xero subscription. Zaps that create Xero invoices, contacts, payments or items carry no QuoteCloud per-document fee.
Do Zaps that create Xero invoices carry the per-document fee?
No. The per-document fee of US$2.00, $1.80 or $1.60 by volume is for QuoteCloud documents created through Zapier or the API. A Zap that reads a signed quote and creates a Xero invoice doesn't create a QuoteCloud document, though each step uses a task on your Zapier plan.
Is Xero included on the Business plan?
There's no Business-plan Xero connection. QuoteCloud has no native Xero connection on any plan; Xero connects through QuoteCloud's Zapier app, on Essentials and up, or through Make with QuoteCloud's API. Business adds other features, such as the approval workflow.
Which per-document rate will I pay if I create documents?
The rate falls from US$2.00 to $1.80 and $1.60 as volume grows. QuoteCloud sets the volumes each rate applies at, so ask us for the tiers that match the number of documents your Zaps or API calls will create each month.
