Your price list, once, then on every quote
Most landscapers already keep rates in a spreadsheet. Import it as a CSV, map the columns to name, SKU, category and price, and every price table can pull from it.
Price by the square metre for paving, the lineal metre for edging and walls, or each for plants. Tax and totals calculate as you build.
- CSV import with column mapping
- Categories for hardscape, softscape, irrigation and labour
- Optional extras the client can tick

Which plan should a landscaping business start on?
Essentials (US$39 per user per month) covers what most landscapers need to quote: price tables, the product catalogue, templates, the content library, tracking and notifications, Stripe or PayPal deposits, and Zapier for ServiceM8, simPRO or Google Calendar.
Business (US$59 per user per month) adds native Xero and QuickBooks Online, Gantt-chart build schedules, approval workflow, customer reminders and version history. Both start with a 14-day free trial, and you can compare every plan on the pricing page.
Getting started questions
How do I get started with QuoteCloud for my landscaping business?
Sign up for the 14-day free trial of Essentials or Business with no credit card. Add your branding, start from a landscaping template or have QuoteCloud convert one of yours, import your catalogue from a CSV file, invite your team and send your first quote as a link.
Can I import my plant and materials price list?
