Does QuoteCloud have a sign or print quote template?
Not as such. The template library has no dedicated sign, print, packaging or proof-approval template, so sign and print businesses start from its price quote, business estimate, product sales, manufacturing proposal, work order and customer acceptance templates, then add their estimating sheet, materials and proof block.
What do I add to a base template for sign and print work?
Usually a Spreadsheet block with your estimating formulas, price lines from your product library, an image or PDF block for the artwork proof with your checks and colour disclaimer, your install or delivery terms, and the signature with a deposit. Spreadsheet, product library and payments are on Essentials and up.
Can QuoteCloud convert our existing quote into a template?
Yes. One template conversion is free during the trial on the Essentials, Business and Enterprise plans. Send a current quote and your estimating spreadsheet, and the converted template comes back ready for your materials and proofs. You can then copy it for each kind of job.
Can I stop estimators editing the colour disclaimer?
Yes, on the Business plan. Content locking keeps a block such as the screen-colour disclaimer or your proof terms as you set it. On Essentials, keep the approved wording in a content library so every template uses the same text.
