How much is the per-document fee for my volume?
For the Zapier route: enter how many documents your Zaps will create in a month. The three rates are shown side by side because the volume they apply at is set by QuoteCloud.
Formula documents a month × fee per document = QuoteCloud document fee a month

- Only documents a Zap or the API creates carry the fee. Updating Salesforce, logging views, matching contacts, adding Tasks and closing Opportunities don't create documents.
- Which rate applies depends on your volume: ask QuoteCloud for the tiers that fit yours.
- Zapier is billed by Zapier: you need a Zapier plan that covers the tasks your Zaps run.
Zapier access: Essentials and upQuoteCloud plans and pricing
The plan each route needs
QuoteCloud plans are priced per user per month. Each plan includes everything below it.
Essentials, US$39 per user per month

Adds the Salesforce Sync add-on, Approval Workflow, Scheduled Document Send and the Sales Forecast. Book a demo to add Salesforce Sync.
What carries the fee, and what doesn't
Carries the fee
Create Document, run by a Zap or through the API: quotes from stage changes is the recipe that does it.
No QuoteCloud fee
Status Zaps, Closed Won, contacts and follow-ups: none of them creates a document.

Cost questions
How much does the QuoteCloud Salesforce integration cost?
It depends on the route. The Salesforce Sync add-on is on the Business plan, from US$59 per user per month. Zapier is on Essentials and up, from US$39 per user per month, plus a per-document fee of US$2.00, $1.80 or $1.60 by volume for documents a Zap or the API creates, and a Zapier plan.
Is the Salesforce Sync add-on included in the Business plan?
Salesforce Sync is a Business plan add-on, so you need Business to use it. Ask QuoteCloud what adding it costs for your org, and how documents started from the Opportunity are charged, when you book a demo. Business also includes Zapier access for the jobs the add-on doesn't do.
Which per-document rate will I pay for Zapier documents?
The rate falls from US$2.00 to $1.80 and $1.60 as volume grows. QuoteCloud sets the volumes each rate applies at, so ask QuoteCloud for the tiers that match your expected number of documents created through Zapier or the API each month.
Do Zaps that update Salesforce cost anything in QuoteCloud?
No. The per-document fee is only for documents created through Zapier or the API. Logging views, moving Opportunity stages, matching contacts and adding Tasks don't create documents, so they carry no QuoteCloud fee, though each Zap step uses tasks on your Zapier plan.
