Which Google Calendar Zaps carry a fee?
Only documents a Zap or the API creates carry QuoteCloud's per-document fee.
No QuoteCloud fee
Booking the work, holding and confirming dates and follow-up calls and reminders: they read documents and change calendar events.
Carries the fee
Drafting proposals from meetings: Create Document, run by a Zap, creates one document per meeting.
Building in Make?
Make is bring-your-own, through QuoteCloud's API. If your scenarios will create documents, ask us which fee applies to your volume.
How much is the per-document fee?
Enter how many proposals your meeting Zap will draft in a month. The three rates are shown side by side because the volume they apply at is set by QuoteCloud.

Cost questions
How much does the QuoteCloud Google Calendar connection cost?
You need QuoteCloud's Essentials plan or higher for its Zapier app, from US$39 per user per month, plus a Zapier plan for your task volume. There's no separate charge for Google Calendar, and Zaps that only change calendar events carry no QuoteCloud fee.
Which Google Calendar Zaps carry the per-document fee?
Only Zaps that create documents, such as drafting a proposal when a meeting ends. Each document created through Zapier or the API carries US$2.00, $1.80 or $1.60, by volume. Booking work, holding dates and booking calls read documents but don't create them.
Which per-document rate will I pay?
The rate falls from US$2.00 to $1.80 and $1.60 as volume grows. QuoteCloud sets the volumes each rate applies at, so ask us for the tiers that match the number of documents your Zaps or API calls will create each month.
Do I need the Business plan?
Not for most of it. Every Zap on this site runs on Essentials. Business adds the approval workflow, which one variation uses to send each proposal once it's approved; any other Zap that sends documents can set the expiry on Essentials.

- Book the work when the quote is signedWhen every signer has signed, a Zap books the install on the date the client chose, with the client invited.
- Hold, confirm and release event datesA sent proposal pencils the date, a signature confirms it and books the tasting, an expired one releases it.
- Follow-up calls and expiry remindersA first view books a call for the next morning; a quote the Zap sends gets a reminder two days before it expires.
- Draft proposals from calendar meetingsWhen a site visit or discovery call ends in Google Calendar, a Zap drafts the proposal with the meeting's details.
