You need QuoteCloud's Essentials plan or higher for its Zapier app, plus a Zapier plan for your task volume. Documents created through Zapier or the API carry US$2.00, $1.80 or $1.60 each by volume. Zaps that add or update Google Sheets rows, or create and update products, create no documents and carry no QuoteCloud fee.

- Only documents a Zap or the API creates carry this fee: quotes from rows and price rows from a sheet.

- Which rate applies depends on your volume: ask QuoteCloud for the tiers that fit yours. Zapier bills its own plans separately.

Which QuoteCloud plan do the Zaps need?

Essentials, US$39 per user per month
The Zapier app and API, custom data items, the product library, the Spreadsheet block and QuoteCloud Payments: every Zap on this site.

Adds the Reports Dashboard, Sales Forecast, approval workflow and scheduled document send. None of the Zaps on this site needs it.
What carries the per-document fee, and what doesn't
Carries the fee
Create Document, run by a Zap or through the API: quotes from rows and price rows from a sheet. A batch of 40 rows is 40 documents.
No QuoteCloud fee
The quote log, the pipeline tracker and the price list: rows and products aren't documents.

Cost questions
How much does the QuoteCloud Google Sheets connection cost?
You need QuoteCloud's Essentials plan or higher for its Zapier app, from US$39 per user per month, plus a Zapier plan for your task volume. Each document a Zap or the API creates carries a per-document fee of US$2.00, $1.80 or $1.60 by volume. There's no separate charge for Google Sheets.
Which per-document rate will I pay?
The rate falls from US$2.00 to $1.80 and $1.60 as volume grows. QuoteCloud sets the volumes each rate applies at, so ask us for the tiers that match the number of documents your Zaps or API calls will create each month.
Do Zaps that write to Google Sheets cost anything in QuoteCloud?
No. The per-document fee is only for documents created through Zapier or the API. Adding rows to a log, updating a pipeline row and creating or updating products don't create documents, though each run uses a task on your Zapier plan.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. QuoteCloud has a free 14-day trial with no credit card required, so you can connect Google Sheets through Zapier and test your Zaps on a copy of your sheet before you choose a plan. Book a demo as well if you'd like to talk it through.

- Log every quote event in Google SheetsSent, viewed, signed, paid and expired: each QuoteCloud event adds a row, and sheet formulas turn the log into a report.

- Create quotes from Google Sheets rowsA new row creates the document from your template, with the row's details in data items and price-table rows.
- Fill a price table from Google Sheets linesOne sheet row per product line: a Zap looks the lines up and adds them to the new quote's price table.
