What taking PayPal payments costs
Two costs to know: the QuoteCloud plan that includes payments, and PayPal's own fees on each payment. Zapier, if you use it, has its own.

Taking PayPal payments needs QuoteCloud's Essentials plan or higher, where QuoteCloud Payments is included; it isn't on Free or Starter. PayPal charges its own fees on each payment, which vary by country and currency. Zaps that act on payments don't carry QuoteCloud's per-document fee, because they don't create documents.
