What the Zendesk connection costs
A QuoteCloud plan with Zapier access, a Zapier plan for your volume, and a per-document fee only when a Zap creates a document. Most Zendesk Zaps don't.

You need QuoteCloud's Essentials plan or higher for its Zapier app, from US$39 per user per month, a Zendesk account and a Zapier plan for your task volume. Each document a Zap or the API creates carries a fee of US$2.00, $1.80 or $1.60, by volume. Zaps that only write notes, statuses or files to Zendesk carry no QuoteCloud fee.

How much is the per-document fee?
Enter how many quotes your Zaps will draft from tickets in a month. The three rates are shown side by side because the volume they apply at is set by QuoteCloud.

- Only documents a Zap or the API creates carry this fee. Internal notes, public replies, statuses, tags, attached PDFs and new tickets don't create documents.
- Of the recipes on this site, only the quote Zap that drafts from a tagged ticket creates documents. Quotes your agents create in QuoteCloud carry no Zapier fee.
- Which rate applies depends on your volume: ask QuoteCloud for the tiers that fit yours. Zapier bills its own plans separately.

Cost questions
How much does the QuoteCloud Zendesk connection cost?
You need QuoteCloud's Essentials plan or higher for its Zapier app, from US$39 per user per month, plus a Zapier plan for your task volume. Each document a Zap or the API creates carries a per-document fee of US$2.00, $1.80 or $1.60 by volume. There's no separate charge for Zendesk.
Which per-document rate will I pay?
The rate falls from US$2.00 to $1.80 and $1.60 as volume grows. QuoteCloud sets the volumes each rate applies at, so ask us for the tiers that match the number of documents your Zaps or API calls will create each month.
Do Zaps that update Zendesk tickets cost anything in QuoteCloud?
No. The per-document fee is only for documents created through Zapier or the API. Internal notes, public replies, new statuses, tags, attached PDFs and new tickets don't create documents, though each step uses a task on your Zapier plan.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. QuoteCloud has a free 14-day trial with no credit card required, so you can connect Zendesk through Zapier and test your Zaps on test tickets before you choose a plan. Book a demo as well if you'd like to talk through your support workflow.
