QuoteCloud's Sabre GDS Itinerary Sync add-on opens Sabre itineraries directly in QuoteCloud: booking data fills the Itinerary Placeholder in your team's itinerary template, a price table can take the booking's pricing, and consultants add destination guides, photos, PDFs and videos before travellers sign online.

Then Tomás adds what only he knows: the sunrise trek and the cooking class as his own segments, the villa voucher on the stay, photos, a destination guide, PDF brochures and videos.

Priced per person, signed by both
A price table in the template can be set as the itinerary/API placeholder, so the trip price sits with the itinerary that came from the booking. Around it you set what the travellers choose: the villa as a single choice, the excursions as optional lines.
Clare and Ewan each sign in their own signature block with no account needed, and the deposit is paid on signing through PayPal or Stripe. The balance is written in, for Saltpine to invoice.

Install the add-on
Open Addons, choose Sabre GDS Itinerary Sync, start the free trial and accept the terms.
Prepare the template
Create or copy an itinerary template with an Itinerary Placeholder; set its price table as the itinerary/API placeholder if you use one.
Enter the Sabre details
Teams → Edit → Travel API Settings → Sabre GDS: Downline API Order, queue number, domain, PCC, user ID and password.
Pick the template, save
Choose the template the team's bookings open in, save, and repeat for each team.
Enhance and send
Open a Sabre itinerary in QuoteCloud, add photos, guides and the price, and send it for signature.

How do Sabre itineraries get into QuoteCloud?
With the Sabre GDS Itinerary Sync add-on. Once an admin has entered the team's Sabre details in Travel API Settings, itineraries created in Sabre GDS open directly in QuoteCloud, filling the Itinerary Placeholder in the team's chosen template, ready for your photos, guides and pricing.
What do I need to set it up?
An active Sabre account and admin rights in QuoteCloud. In the team's Travel API Settings, choose Authenticate via Downline API Order, enter the queue number, domain, PCC, user ID and password, then pick an itinerary template that contains an Itinerary Placeholder and save.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New installations of the Sabre GDS Itinerary Sync add-on start with a 14-day free trial, and the add-on's price is shown in its panel in QuoteCloud. The add-on is an opt-in extra on the Essentials, Business and Enterprise plans, and Essentials and Business also start with a 14-day trial.
Can different teams use different Sabre settings?
Yes. Travel API Settings are set per team, so each team or brand can keep its own Sabre details and its own itinerary template, and its bookings open in that template.
Does QuoteCloud change or ticket the booking in Sabre?
No. You hold, change and ticket bookings in Sabre as usual, and QuoteCloud doesn't search fares or availability. QuoteCloud uses the itinerary to build the proposal: the presentation, the per-person price, every traveller's signature and the deposit.
What can I add to a Sabre itinerary?
Destination guides, photos, PDF brochures and promotional videos, as QuoteCloud's Sabre page lists, plus attachments such as e-tickets on each segment, your own segments for tours and activities, a per-person price with options to tick, and your booking terms.
