Your audit app, connected through an AI assistant

Most audit and inspection apps don't talk to quoting software. With QuoteCloud's MCP service (Essentials and up), an AI assistant your business connects to your audit app and to QuoteCloud can be set up to read the month's scores, create each site's audit report from your template, and add extra-work lines from your price book.

Both documents are drafts for a person to review: Theo checks the report and the quote, an approval rule catches anything over $2,000 (Business), and nothing is sent without him. The assistant reads only what you allow.

No "synced" badges: what moves, in which direction, and on which plan.

  • HubSpot and Zoho CRM

    Through Zapier: a signed or viewed document can update a deal or a contact, and a new deal can create a document. HubSpot.

Questions about integrations

Does QuoteCloud integrate with Xero and QuickBooks?

Xero and QuickBooks Online are native integrations on the Business plan. On other paid plans you can connect them through Zapier, for example to create a contact or an invoice when an agreement is signed. QuoteCloud doesn't bill your monthly cleaning charges; your accounting system does.

Can QuoteCloud connect to our rostering or timesheet software?

Not directly. If your rostering software is on Zapier, a signed agreement or a status change in QuoteCloud can start a zap there. QuoteCloud itself doesn't roster staff or track time.

Can our audit app send scores into QuoteCloud?

Through an AI assistant. With QuoteCloud's MCP service (Essentials and up), an assistant your business connects to your audit app and to QuoteCloud can be set up to read the scores and create the report and an extra-work quote as drafts. A person reviews both before anything is sent.

Which CRMs work with QuoteCloud?

HubSpot and Zoho CRM connect through Zapier, Pipedrive connects through Zapier or Make, and Salesforce sync is on the Business plan. Through Zapier, a signed or viewed document can update a deal, and a new deal can create a document from your template.

Is there a cost for documents created by Zapier or the API?
