You need QuoteCloud's Essentials plan or higher for its Zapier app, from US$39 per user per month, and Business, from US$59, for the approval workflow. Zaps that post to Teams carry no QuoteCloud fee; only documents created through Zapier or the API carry US$2.00, $1.80 or $1.60 each by volume. Zapier bills separately.

Which QuoteCloud plan do the Teams Zaps need?
QuoteCloud plans are priced per user per month. Each plan includes everything below it.
Essentials, US$39 per user per month
The Zapier app and API, custom data items and QuoteCloud Payments: the team posts, owner chats, kickoff meetings and signed-PDF Zaps on this site.
Business, US$59 per user per month
Adds the approval workflow, which the approval request Zaps start from, plus scheduled document send and the sales forecast.
What carries the per-document fee, and what doesn't
No QuoteCloud fee
Every recipe on this site: posts, chats, approval requests, Outlook events and OneDrive files. None of them creates a QuoteCloud document.

Building in Make?
Make is bring-your-own, through QuoteCloud's API. If your scenarios will create documents, ask us which fee applies.
Creating documents through Zapier as well?
If other Zaps or your own code create documents, enter how many a month. The three rates are shown side by side because QuoteCloud sets the volume each applies at.
