You need QuoteCloud's Essentials plan or higher for its Zapier app, from US$39 per user per month, a Zapier plan for your task volume and a Microsoft account with OneDrive. The filing, folder, form-answer and sharing Zaps don't create documents, so they carry no QuoteCloud per-document fee.

Does filing in OneDrive carry a per-document fee?
No. The fee is for documents created through Zapier or the API, and none of the OneDrive recipes creates one.

Adds the approval workflow, scheduled document send and the sales forecast. None of the OneDrive Zaps needs it.

Does uploading a signed PDF to OneDrive count as creating a document?
No. Generate or Fetch Document PDF Link reads a document that already exists, and Upload File writes the file in OneDrive. The per-document fee of US$2.00, $1.80 or $1.60 by volume is for documents created through Zapier or the API.
Do the Zaps use Zapier tasks?
Yes. Zapier counts the steps a Zap runs as tasks on your Zapier plan, so a filing Zap uses a few tasks for each signed document. Zapier sets its own plans, task limits and prices, separately from QuoteCloud.
