Agreement terms
- ScopeThe zones, frequencies and periodicals in this agreement. Extra work is quoted and signed separately before we do it.
- QualityWe audit each site monthly against an 85% target and send you the report. Anything below target that this agreement covers is re-cleaned at our cost within five working days; work outside the scope is quoted separately.
- ChargesThe monthly charges above, invoiced monthly in arrears. Rates are reviewed once a year, with 60 days' notice of any change.
- Term24 months from the start date. The agreement expires on the date shown; any renewal is a new signed agreement.
- Ending earlyEither party may end the agreement with 90 days' written notice.
