- Building QuoteCloud since 2013
QuoteCloud lets carriers and 3PLs send contract customers a quarterly service report from a template: the quarter's figures from their own shipment records, commentary, a comment thread, and next quarter's options as optional price lines. The customer ticks what they want and acknowledges the review online.

A drawing of a depot board: Wexmoor's Northgate distribution centre with four lanes running out of it as tracks, and at the end of each a column whose height is the lane's consignments in the third quarter: Port Ellery 412, Riverside 391, Lakeview 366 and Ashcombe 115. The Ashcombe column is hatched because it ran at 92.2% on time, below the 95% target, and the live route runs along that lane. An enlarged gauge shows 96.8% on time for the quarter against a 95% target. Beside it, the options for next quarter from Bramblewood Homewares' Q3 service review tick one by one: a second weekly linehaul to Ashcombe at $1,850.00 a month and peak-season overflow storage for 60 pallets at $2,496.00 are ticked, a dedicated account coordinator at $1,200.00 a month is not, and the review is acknowledged by Sophie Lindqvist on Monday 12 October 2026.

What we saw, and what we're changing
- Ashcombe ran late on 9 consignments in August while the coast road was closed; we now send that lane a day earlier during closures.
- All four damage claims were top-layer cartons on mixed pallets; our team now wraps mixed pallets with corner boards.
- Volumes rose 9%, mostly to Port Ellery: a second weekly run would keep Friday deliveries on time.
SLSophie LindqvistCan the second Ashcombe run start before the December peak?
WFInes, WexmoorYes, from the week of 23 Nov if you tick it here.

Next quarter's options, ticked in the review itself
The upsell in a quarterly review usually dies in a slide deck. Here each option is an optional line in the report: the customer ticks what they want and the totals follow, monthly and one-off.
Ines finds out what Bramblewood chose when Sophie acknowledges the review, not three emails later. Tick and untick the options to see the totals change.

Service report questions, answered
Does QuoteCloud measure our on-time delivery?
No. The figures in a service report are your own, from your transport management system or shipment records. QuoteCloud presents them in the report, with your commentary and options, and records the customer's acknowledgement.
Can customers choose extra services inside the report?
Yes. Next quarter's options go in the report as optional price lines, monthly or one-off. The customer ticks what they want, the totals follow, and they acknowledge the review online with their choices.
Can an AI assistant draft the report from our shipment data?
With QuoteCloud's MCP service, on Essentials and up, an AI assistant can be set up to read your shipment export and draft the report from your template. It creates a draft; your account manager checks it, edits the commentary and sends it.
Can the customer ask questions about the review?
Yes. Customers can comment on the document and your team replies in the same thread, so the question and answer stay with the review. Slack or Microsoft Teams can alert you to comments.
How do we start next quarter's review?
Duplicate this quarter's report or use Revise Last Version, update the figures and options, and send it. Each review stays as its own signed document, so you can look back at any quarter.
Can a signed review update our CRM?
Through Zapier, yes, where your CRM has a connector: triggers such as Status Changed or Form Submitted on Document can pass the review's details on. HubSpot and Zoho connect through Zapier; Pipedrive connects through Zapier or Make, so a signed review can update the deal there too.
