File signed PDFs in each client's OneDrive folder
When the last signer signs, one Zap finds the client's folder in OneDrive and saves the signed PDF there, named with the date, reference and title, so the final copy never sits in someone's Downloads.

Build a Zap with QuoteCloud's Zapier app, on Essentials and up. Document Signing Complete starts it once every signer has signed. OneDrive's Find Folder finds the client's folder, Generate or Fetch Document PDF Link gets a short-lived link to the signed PDF, and OneDrive's Upload File saves it in that folder in the same Zap.

Why file the signed copy by client?
Thistlewood Marsh Lawyers keeps every matter in OneDrive, one folder per client. Before the Zap, a signed costs agreement reached the matter folder only when someone downloaded it, renamed it and saved it, and on a busy day it stayed in Downloads as LG-2417.pdf.
Practice manager Owen Tait wanted the signed copy in the matter folder the moment the last buyer signed, under a name the whole firm could search.
- The Zap waits for every signer, so only the fully signed copy is filed.
- The PDF link is short-lived, so the file is uploaded in the same Zap, never kept as a link.
- The original stays in QuoteCloud with its certificate and audit trail.

Name folders like contacts
Name each client folder the way the client is named in QuoteCloud, or make them with the client-folder Zap.
Start with Document Signing Complete
In Zapier, choose QuoteCloud's Document Signing Complete trigger and test it with a fully signed test document.
Find the folder
Add OneDrive's Find Folder and search on the client's name from the trigger.
Fetch the PDF, then upload it
Add Generate or Fetch Document PDF Link, then OneDrive's Upload File with the link, the folder and a name.
Test, then turn it on
Sign a test document sent to @example.com signers, open the file in OneDrive, then switch the Zap on.
Questions about filing signed PDFs
Can QuoteCloud save a signed PDF in the client's OneDrive folder?
Yes, with a Zap. QuoteCloud's Document Signing Complete trigger starts it once every signer has signed. OneDrive's Find Folder finds the client's folder, QuoteCloud's Generate or Fetch Document PDF Link gets the signed PDF, and OneDrive's Upload File saves it in that folder in the next step.
Why not save the PDF link in OneDrive instead of the file?
Because it stops working. Generate or Fetch Document PDF Link returns a short-lived link on purpose, so the file has to be uploaded in the same Zap with OneDrive's Upload File. A link saved in a text file or a spreadsheet would fail when someone opens it later.
What happens if the client has no folder yet?
Find Folder finds nothing, and Zapier stops that run by default, so nothing is filed in the wrong place. Make client folders first with a Zap on New Contact Created and OneDrive's Create Folder, or check the folder name matches the client's name in QuoteCloud.
Will an agreement with two signers be filed twice?
No. Document Signing Complete fires once, when the last signer has signed, so the folder gets one fully signed copy. Recipient Signed Document fires for each signer, which suits a register line per signature but would file a half-signed PDF here.
