Getting started with QuoteCloud

Telco renewals you see coming, offers signed before expiry

Every agreement carries its expiry date. Find what ends next, send a new-term offer from a template, and get it signed before the customer goes out of contract.

QuoteCloud gives every telco agreement an expiry date and an Expiring Soon filter, so account teams see which contracts end next. They send a re-contract offer from a template, one at a time or in bulk, with the new term, upgrades and pricing, and the customer signs online. Nothing renews automatically.

Last reviewed by the QuoteCloud team

Sample QuoteCloud documents list for a fictional provider, Tallwire Communications, filtered by Expiring soon: five accepted agreements nearing their expiry date, from Ferncliff Medical's managed voice agreement (expires 12 November, in 9 days) to Marlow & Finch's fibre and voice agreement (expires 6 December, in 33 days).

A re-contracting runway, from 90 days out

How an account team can work its renewals in QuoteCloud. You decide the timing; QuoteCloud gives you the dates, the documents and the signatures.

    See what ends next

Every signed agreement carries its expiry date. Open the Expiring Soon filter and sort by date to see which contracts end first.

Nothing renews, reminds or sends by itself: the expiry dates and filters show what's due, and your team sends the offers.

A new-term offer they can sign today

A re-contract offer is a new document, not a renewal notice. Show what stays the same, what gets better and what it costs on each term, so the decision takes one read.

Try it: switch between 24 and 36 months, add the new handsets or drop the 4G failover, and the monthly charge and contract value follow.

  • The client's existing services, carried over from the last agreement
  • Term options the client can switch: 24 or 36 months
  • Upgrades as optional rows, priced before they're ticked
  • Signed online, with a certificate of authenticity

Every expiring client, one send

When a batch of agreements ends in the same month, send your re-contract template to all of them at once. Each client gets their own copy with their name and details, and you can follow each one's status.

Accepted offers show up as accepted; the ones that are only opened tell you who to call next.

  • One template, a personalised copy per client

Renewals that don't depend on one person's spreadsheet

What renewals run on

Confirmed QuoteCloud features, used the way a telco account team works its base.

  • Expiry dates

Each document can carry an expiry date, so a 36-month agreement says when it ends from the day it's signed.

  • Smart and custom filters

Expiring Soon is built in; save your own filters (by consultant, value or status) and reuse them.

  • Document tracking

See when a client opens their offer and how long they spend reading it, with notifications.

  • Re-contract templates

One template for every new-term offer, with locked terms and your current price book.

  • Bulk send

One template, a personalised copy per client, sent together. Essentials and up, volume-based costs.

  • Sales forecast

Put open re-contract offers in the Sales Forecast with a confidence level and a forecast month.

Re-contracting

Re-contract before the last month, not after it

An agreement that ends without a new one in front of the client is an open door. Put the next term in front of them while you still have time to talk.

Managed services agreements with expiry dates

Renewal and re-contracting questions

How do we see which telco agreements are about to expire?

Give each agreement an expiry date when you send it. The QuoteCloud dashboard has an Expiring Soon smart filter that lists documents nearing their expiry date, and you can sort by date or save your own custom filters, for example by consultant, so each account manager sees their own renewals.

Do agreements renew automatically in QuoteCloud?

No. QuoteCloud doesn't renew agreements, bill them or send renewal reminders by itself. It shows you what's expiring, and your team sends the client a new-term offer, which they review and sign online like any other proposal.

Can we send a re-contract offer to many clients at once?

Yes. Bulk send sends one template as a personalised copy to each recipient, and you can follow who has opened and accepted their copy. Bulk send is available on Essentials and above and has volume-based costs.

Can the client choose between a 24 and 36-month term?

Yes, if you enable term editing in the price table. The client switches between the terms you offer and the monthly charges and total contract value update. Optional rows let them add upgrades such as new handsets or 4G failover before they sign.

Can we tell which clients have opened their offer?

Yes. Document tracking shows when a client opens a document and how long they spend reading it, with notifications, and the dashboard status shows which offers are opened, signed or accepted. That tells your team who to follow up first.

Can we forecast re-contracting revenue?

You can add open offers to QuoteCloud's Sales Forecast, which has Kanban and list views, confidence levels from Very Doubtful to Verbal Approval and a forecast month and amount. You can filter the forecast by month and by confidence.
