    Price tables that already behave

Save a price table to the content library with its behaviour: repeating monthly items on a term, one-off rows and site groups. Reps add services from the product catalogue instead of typing prices.

    Solution notes

    • Each site keeps working on 4G if its fibre link drops (with the 4G failover option).
    • Voice moves to hosted seats site by site, after hours, so no trading day is lost.
    • The warehouse Wi-Fi is designed for handheld scanners on the floor and the dock.
    • One monthly bill and one service desk for every site.

Priya NairCan the warehouse Wi-Fi reach the loading dock too?

Aisha, Tallwire pre-salesYes: two of the eight access points are rated for the dock. The design is updated.

    Per deal

    Room for the solution

Pre-sales notes and the client's questions change with every deal, so the template leaves space for them, and comments stay on the document.

Lock what legal signed off. Leave the deal open.

Save your service terms, service-level wording and company boilerplate as Company content in the content library, and lock it. Locked blocks drag into any proposal and stay non-editable; only admins or roles with permission can unlock them.

Roles decide who can create, modify or delete library content and who can add to it from a document. The commercial part, from the sites to the price table, stays editable for the rep.

From your Word proposal to a team template

Four steps, most of them done once.

  1. Send us one template

During an Essentials, Business or Enterprise trial, QuoteCloud converts one of your existing templates for free. More conversions are a paid add-on.

  2. Or start from a telco template

Pick the closest of the seven templates above and change its cover, sections and wording in the drag-and-drop editor.

  3. Add the price book and locked content

Load plans, hardware and services into the product catalogue, and lock your terms as Company content on Business.

  4. Share it with the team

Share the finished template with your reps, so every proposal starts from the same layout, prices and terms. Paid plans include a 45-minute training session.

The building blocks behind a telco template

Reusable content, set up by your admin and used by every rep.

  • Content library

Personal and Company content in folders: cover pages, service descriptions, SLA wording, case studies and images, dragged into any proposal.

    Content library
  • Locked blocks

Lock approved Company content so it stays non-editable in every document. Admins and permitted roles unlock it. Business plan.

  • Custom branding

Your logo in the document viewer and client emails, fonts from the Font Book, and PDF headers and footers. On Business; a white-label custom domain is a paid add-on.

  • Saved price tables

Price tables keep their behaviour in the library: repeating items with Term and Monthly Price, one-off rows, optional rows and choice groups.

  • Data items

Global and template-specific data items work as placeholders, filled with each client's details, by hand or from your CRM through an integration.

  • Roles and teams

Custom user roles and teams control who edits templates, the catalogue and the content library. Custom roles from Essentials.

Telco template questions

Are there telecom proposal templates in QuoteCloud?

Yes. The template library has telecom templates for a Mobile & Internet Bundle Proposal, a Mobile Phone Plan, a Broadband Plan, two Network Installation Proposals, an IT Services Proposal and a Computer Service Contract. Each is fully editable in the drag-and-drop editor, so you can add your branding, your price book and your own terms before you send it.

Will QuoteCloud convert our existing telco proposal into a template?

Yes, one for free. During the trial, QuoteCloud converts one of your existing document templates at no charge on the Essentials, Business and Enterprise plans. Additional conversions are a paid add-on, billed per template. You can also start from one of the telco templates and rebuild your layout in the editor yourself.

Can we lock our terms and conditions so reps can't change them?

Yes, on the Business plan. Save your terms, service-level wording and other approved text as Company content in the content library and lock it. Locked blocks can be dragged into proposals but stay non-editable, and only admins or roles with the right permissions can unlock them. Role permissions also control who can add or change library content.

Can a telco template include monthly and once-off pricing?

Yes. Price tables support repeating price items with Term and Monthly Price beside one-off rows for hardware and installation, plus optional rows and single-choice groups for plans or support levels. Save a price table to the content library and it keeps that behaviour in every proposal. Price tables and the product catalogue are on Essentials and above.

Can templates carry our own branding?

Yes. Upload your logo, add fonts to the Font Book and set PDF headers and footers with your logo and legal text, and your logo replaces QuoteCloud's in the document viewer and client emails. Custom branding is included on Business, and fully white-labelled delivery on your own custom domain is a paid add-on for five or more users.

Which plan do we need for telco templates?

Templates, price tables, the product catalogue and online payments are on Essentials, at US$39 per user a month. Business, at US$59, adds content locking, custom branding, the approval workflow, Gantt charts and native CRM integrations. Both start with a 14-day free trial and no credit card, and paid plans include a 45-minute training session.
