Two signers, one term, one expiry date

Multi-site agreements: questions
Can each site have its own monthly charge in one agreement?
Yes. Each site is a repeating price item with its own monthly price over the term, beside once-off lines such as mobilisation and options the client can tick. The agreement shows the monthly total; you invoice it from your accounting system.
Can the facilities manager and finance both sign?
Yes. Add several signers; each signs with their own signature from their own device, and the signed agreement carries a certificate of authenticity and audit trail.
Does QuoteCloud bill the monthly charges?
No. QuoteCloud shows the monthly charges in the agreement the client signs. You invoice them from your accounting system. Xero and QuickBooks Online are native on Business, otherwise they connect through Zapier.
Will the agreement renew automatically?
No. The agreement has an expiry date and shows on the Expiring Soon filter as it approaches. A renewal is a new agreement, with new rates if you need them, that the client signs again.
Can we stop our terms being edited?
Yes, on Business. Content locking keeps blocks such as your terms, insurances and safety content from being changed in a proposal. Version history on Business shows what changed between versions.
