How to create a service agreement and get it signed online

Step 1: Save your standard terms
Select the scope, service levels and exclusions in the editor, right-click and add them to a company content library folder.

Step 2: Lock what must not change
In Libraries, Content Libraries, switch on the lock beside each block. Locked blocks drop into agreements but cannot be edited there.

Step 3: Build the agreement
Start from your service agreement template, drag in the locked terms and price visits, parts and optional cover in a price table.

Step 4: Send it for signature
Send by email, share a recipient link or sign in person on site. The signed agreement carries a certificate and audit trail.

Copy the latest version for a similar client, or save the finished agreement as a template for your team.
