Does QuoteCloud have freight and logistics templates?
Yes. Can we bring our rate spreadsheet into a template?
Yes. The Spreadsheet block (Essentials and up) imports .xlsx files and supports formulas, lookups and tabs. Connect any cell to a price line's description and unit price, and save it in your lane quote template so every quote starts with your calculator.
Are the templates country-specific?
No. Templates are starting points you edit: add your own conditions of carriage, tax rate, currency and the terms your business uses. QuoteCloud doesn't provide legal wording for your market. The Transportation Services Agreement is a general starting point for any transport provider and its customers.
Can one template serve several lanes or customers?
Yes. One lane quote template with your calculator covers every lane in your Rates tab; the lane, pallets and weights change per quote. For contract customers, a rate schedule template can be bulk sent as personalised copies. Each copy carries its own lanes and rates.
