Each trade account's prices, on every line
Keep one catalogue and show each account its agreed discount on the line, so buyers see list, discount and net, and your margin stays private.

- Building QuoteCloud since 2013
In QuoteCloud, every quote and order draws from one product catalogue. Each line can carry the account's agreed discount in the Discount column, set by your rep, website or assistant from the account's terms, so buyers see list, discount and net price. Costs and margins stay hidden. New price lists go to every account with bulk send.

One catalogue, with costs only your team sees
Every quote and order at Tanbark draws its lines from one product catalogue: SKU, category, the trade list price, the pack size as the line's unit, and a hidden cost. QuoteCloud works out profit and margin for your team; buyers never see either.
Each account's agreed pricing then sits on the line, in the Discount column. Your rep, website or assistant sets it from the account's terms when the order is prepared, so every buyer sees list, discount and net.

Fictional prices and costs. The discounts are Tanbark's agreed terms, set on each line in the Discount column when an order is prepared; QuoteCloud doesn't keep a separate price list per customer or apply one by itself. Product Discounts are on the Business plan.
A new price list to every account in one send
When the 2027 trade price list is ready, Tanbark sends it to every trade account at once with bulk send: one template, a personal copy for each account, and a status per recipient.
Pinecrest and Coastline have acknowledged it; Bellmount has opened it twice; Westbrook hasn't opened it yet, so Owen knows who to call.

Price levels, kept straight
How wholesalers keep list, trade, partner, project and distributor pricing consistent.
One list price
Set once in the catalogue; every account's price starts from it.
The account's discount on the line
The Discount column carries the agreed figure, so buyers see list, discount and net.
Set by whoever prepares it
A rep, your website through Zapier or the API, or an assistant through MCP sets it from the account's terms.
Costs stay private
Hidden cost, profit and margin for your team; never in the buyer's document.
A limit that holds
On Business, a discount over your limit puts the document In Review.
Catalogue by team
Role permissions and categories by team, so each desk sees the range it sells.
Put every account's pricing on the line
Free for 14 days, no credit card required. Send us your price file and your account price levels, and we'll set up a template during the trial.
Account pricing
No lookup, no leaked margin
Reps stop opening a pricing file before every quote, and nobody can give away a margin they can't see.
Questions about account pricing
Can each customer have their own price list?
Each line in a quote or order carries a discount in the Discount column, so you show each account its agreed pricing against one catalogue. The discount is set from the account's terms by whoever prepares the document. Product Discounts are on the Business plan.
Can buyers see our costs or margins?
No. Products in the catalogue carry a price and a hidden cost; QuoteCloud works out profit and margin for your team only. They never appear in the document the buyer receives.
Can our website set the account discount?
Yes. When a document is created through Zapier, Make or the API, price rows can be added with a discount, a cost and a quantity. An assistant connected through QuoteCloud's MCP service can be set up to add catalogue lines at the account's agreed discounts.
How do we send a new price list to every account?
Build the price list as a document and send it with bulk send, on Essentials and up: one template, a personal copy for each account, and sent, opened and accepted status per recipient. Bulk send has volume-based costs.
Can we import our price file?
Yes. The product catalogue imports a CSV with column mapping and validation: SKU, name, category, price, cost and notes. Rows that fail validation are flagged so you can fix them before they're used.
