Online order forms customers sign and pay
Send customers an order form built from your catalogue: they set quantities, see the total update, press Order Now, sign and pay by card.
Order forms, defined
An online order form lets a customer choose products and quantities and confirm the order without a paper or PDF form. In QuoteCloud you build it from your product catalogue in a price table, let the customer change quantities, relabel the Accept button as Order Now, add an eSignature, and collect payment by card through Stripe or PayPal.

How to create an online order form with payment
5 steps, start to signature.
-
1
Step 1: Add products from your catalogue
Insert products into a price table from the product catalogue, with images, descriptions and prices your customers cannot change.
-
2
Step 2: Let customers set quantities
Turn on quantity editing, with any value or preset quantities, and add optional items or choices. Totals and tax update as they order.
-
3
Step 3: Capture the order details
On the Business plan, add form fields for delivery address, delivery day, PO number and accounts contact, so everything arrives with the order.
-
4
Step 4: Relabel the Accept button
Rename Accept to Order Now, write the confirmation message customers see, and optionally redirect them to a thank-you page.
-
5
Step 5: Collect signature and payment
Add an eSignature block and connect Stripe, so the customer signs and pays by card. The dashboard shows each order as Accepted or Paid.
