Connect Zendesk Sell to QuoteCloud for quotes in the field
Move a Zendesk Sell deal to your quote stage from the site and the draft is waiting. Sign on the rep's device, mark the deal won and hand it to support, all through QuoteCloud's Zapier app.

- Building QuoteCloud since 2013
QuoteCloud connects to Zendesk Sell through QuoteCloud's Zapier app, on the Essentials plan and up, or through Make as a bring-your-own setup. A Zap can draft a quote when a deal enters a stage, give the rep a task when the client opens it, and move the deal to won when it's signed, even in person on site.

Illustration with sample data: on the left a generic Zendesk Sell deal record, Orchard Lane Childcare · CCTV & access control, 14 Orchard Lane; on the right Harrowfield Fire & Security's proposal HF-SP-0436; a thread joins them. Six jobs play in turn, the data riding the thread: 1, Quote: Marcus moves the deal to Quote from the site; a Zap drafts HF-SP-0436 (Deal Enters New Stage then Create Document). 2, Task: Priya opens the proposal; Marcus gets a task to call her (Recipient First Viewed Document then Create Task). 3, Sign on site: Priya signs in person on Marcus's tablet, in QuoteCloud. 4, Won: the deal moves to Won (Document Signing Complete then Update Deal). 5, Hand off: the same Zap opens a Zendesk Support ticket for the install team with the signed PDF (Generate or Fetch Document PDF Link then Create Ticket). 6, Follow up (what if the quote expires instead): Marcus gets a follow-up task (Document Expired then Create Task). It ends on the signed proposal with the deal won.

What can QuoteCloud do with a Zendesk Sell deal?
Six jobs across a deal that's mostly worked from a car, a site or a kitchen table. Each links to the recipe that builds it.
-
1
Quote
Move the deal to your quote stage on site and a draft is created from your template, with the deal's details in it.
- Deal Enters New Stage
- Create Document
-
2
Task
When the client first opens the quote, the rep gets a task to call, in the list they already work from.
- Recipient First Viewed Document
- Create Task
-
3
Sign on site
The client signs in person on the rep's device, in QuoteCloud, before the rep leaves.
- Sign Document In Person
-
4
Won
Once every signer has signed, a Zap moves the deal to your won stage and adds a note with who signed.
- Document Signing Complete
- Update Deal
-
5
Hand off
The same Zap can open a Zendesk Support ticket for the team that delivers, with the signed PDF attached.
- Generate or Fetch Document PDF Link
- Create Ticket
-
6
Follow up
An expired quote becomes a follow-up task; a lost one moves the deal to your lost stage, with a note.
- Document Expired
- Create Task
Every Zap runs one way, from its trigger to its steps, so two directions means two Zaps. The same jobs can be built in Make, bring your own. See what it can and can't do.
Signed at the table, won before the rep's back in the car
The recipe field teams build first: the signature on site closes the deal and books the next step.

Jess and Arlo Penhaligon sign Tallowwood's proposal on Nate Carrow's tablet at 7:31 pm and pay the deposit. By the time Nate's packed up, the deal is won, the note says who signed, and Bree has a task to book the install.
Result
The pipeline is right the moment the last signer signs, and the next person knows what to do, without the rep typing it up that night.

Built for reps who aren't at a desk
Lean sales teams sell on site. The Zaps do the typing between the visit and the signature.
Quote from the site
Change the deal's stage in the Sell mobile app at the end of the visit. The draft, with the deal's details in it, is ready to check and send.
Quotes on the moveSign before you leave
QuoteCloud's Sign Document In Person lets the client sign on your device, and eSignatures are on every QuoteCloud plan.
Sign on siteTasks, not emails
Views and expired quotes arrive as Zendesk Sell tasks with a due date, in the list your reps already work through.
Tasks for the rep
Zendesk Sell and Zendesk Support: who gets what?
Two products, two Zapier apps. Sales works the deal in Sell; the team that delivers works tickets in Support.
Zendesk Sell: the deal
Quotes start from deals, and views, signatures and expiry come back as tasks, notes and stage changes. That's this site.
What the Sell Zaps doZendesk Support: the hand-off and after
A signed quote can open a ticket for installs or onboarding. Quoting from tickets, such as repairs and add-ons, has its own Zendesk Support site.
The hand-off Zap
Zapier or Make: how do you want to build it?
There's no direct Zendesk Sell connection on any plan. Both routes reach the same QuoteCloud events and actions.
Zapier: QuoteCloud's Zapier app
Ready-made QuoteCloud triggers, actions and searches beside Zendesk Sell's own Zapier app: the recipes on this site. Essentials and up; documents a Zap creates carry US$2.00, $1.80 or $1.60 each by volume.
Connect it and test itMake: bring your own
Connect Make to QuoteCloud with Make's built-in OAuth, then call QuoteCloud's API or Zapier endpoints from a scenario, beside Make's own Zendesk Sell modules. No ready-made QuoteCloud app on Make: you design each step.

Zendesk Sell questions, answered
How does QuoteCloud connect to Zendesk Sell?
Through QuoteCloud's Zapier app, with no code to write. Each Zap starts from one event, such as a Zendesk Sell deal entering a stage or a QuoteCloud document being signed, and runs steps in the other app. A Zap runs one way, so you build one Zap for each job, such as drafting quotes or moving deals to won.
Is there a direct or native Zendesk Sell integration?
No. QuoteCloud has no direct or native Zendesk Sell connection on any plan. It connects through Zapier, with QuoteCloud's Zapier app on Essentials and up, or through Make as a bring-your-own setup with QuoteCloud's API. Every recipe on this site is a Zap you build and switch on.
Can a client sign on the rep's tablet and update the deal?
Yes. QuoteCloud's Sign Document In Person lets a recipient sign on the sender's device. When every signer has signed, a Zap on Document Signing Complete finds the deal with Zendesk Sell's Find Deal and runs Update Deal to move it to your won stage.
Does this work with Zendesk Support as well?
Yes, as a separate Zapier app. The signing Zap can add Zendesk Support's Create Ticket step, so the team that delivers gets a ticket with the signed PDF attached. Quoting from support tickets is covered on QuoteCloud's Zendesk Support integration pages.
Which QuoteCloud plan do I need for Zendesk Sell?
Essentials or higher: Zapier and API access are on QuoteCloud's Essentials plan and up. Documents created through Zapier or the API carry a fee of US$2.00, $1.80 or $1.60 each by volume. Zaps that only update Zendesk Sell, such as tasks, notes or stage changes, don't create documents.
