Your best work in every proposal, kept up to date
Case studies, team bios and your process as reusable content blocks, dragged into each proposal from one library.

- Building QuoteCloud since 2013
In QuoteCloud a studio saves its case studies (with gallery and image blocks), team bios, process and terms to the content library, organised in folders and pinned for quick use. Anyone writing a proposal drags in the right case studies for that client; company blocks can be locked (Business) so approved wording isn't edited.
A sample website proposal from a fictional studio, Glasswing Studio, for Sparrow & Pine Florist: the cover with a photo of the shop, and in front its outline ticking off one by one. About Glasswing, two case studies (an interiors store's online shop and a physio clinic's local SEO), the team on this project and how the studio works all come from the content library; the sitemap and price are written for this client; the terms are a locked block.

Your case studies live in one library, not in last month's proposal
Glasswing keeps its best work as saved content blocks, in folders. Mia picks the ones that match the client: a shop for a florist, a booking flow for a studio, local SEO for a clinic.

A block dropped into a proposal is a copy you can adjust for this client.
Locked where it matters
Terms and revision rounds as a locked block that writers can't change.
Content locking: Business
Content library: Essentials and up
Content libraryWhat goes in a case study block
A case study is the studio's own account of its work. Keep it specific about what you built, and only quote results you measured yourself and can stand behind.
The work, shown
A gallery of screens at desktop and phone sizes, with captions. Image and gallery blocks are on Starter and up.
The brief, in a paragraph
What the client needed, in their terms: sell online, take bookings, be found locally.
What you did
Pages, features, integrations and timing. The same words you'd use in a website proposal.
Results, labelled as yours
If you include a result, say it's your studio's own figure and how you measured it. QuoteCloud doesn't measure traffic or rankings.
A word from the client
Only with the client's permission, and only their real words.
Tagged to match
Name blocks by kind of work (shop, booking, SEO, app) so the right one is quick to find.
Terms that stay as you approved them
Case studies change for every client; your scope, revision rounds and change terms shouldn't. Glasswing saves them as a company block and locks it, so a project manager can drop it in but can't edit it.
When the terms change, Mia updates the library block once and every new proposal uses the new wording. Editing the library block may not change documents you have already sent.
- Locked blocks: writers can use them but not edit them
- Scope, revision rounds and the change-request rule in one place
- Updated once in the library for every new proposal

Proof that stays current
Last month's launch, in this week's proposals
When a project goes live, add it to the library as a case study once. From then on, every proposal for similar work can show it.
Build your case study library in five steps
An afternoon's work for most studios, then a habit after each launch.
- 1
Pick four projects
Choose the work that matches what you sell most: a shop, a booking site, an SEO engagement, an app.
- 2
Write each once
Brief, what you did, a gallery of screens, and only results you measured yourselves.
- 3
Save to folders
Save each as a content block in a Case studies folder, with team bios and your process alongside.
- 4
Lock your terms
Save scope and revision terms as a locked block (Business plan).
- 5
Drag into proposals
Add the matching case studies to each proposal from your template.
Portfolio and case study questions
Where do I keep case studies in QuoteCloud?
In the content library, available from the Essentials plan. Save each case study as a content block, with its gallery and summary, in a folder such as Case studies. Team bios, your process and terms can sit in their own folders, and you can pin the ones you use most.
If I update a case study, do sent proposals change?
Don't count on it. Editing a block in the library changes what goes into new documents; proposals you've already sent keep the content they were sent with. Update the library block once, and every proposal you create after that uses the new version.
Can I include results like traffic or sales growth?
You can, as your studio's own claim. Label any figure as your measurement and say how you measured it. QuoteCloud doesn't connect to analytics or measure traffic, rankings or sales; it shows the words and images you put in the block.
Can I show screenshots and mock-ups?
Yes. Image and gallery blocks (Starter plan and up) show screens at desktop and phone sizes with captions, and the image editor can mark up a screenshot. Use work you have the right to show, and keep client personal data out of screenshots.
Can I stop the team editing our standard terms?
Yes, on the Business plan. Save your terms, scope and revision rounds as a company block and lock it. Writers can add the locked block to a proposal but can't change its wording.
