Send QuoteCloud document events to other apps
Viewed, signed, paid, expired: each moment in a QuoteCloud document can start a Zap that files the PDF, logs the payment, updates the CRM or tells the team.

QuoteCloud's Zapier triggers fire when a document is first viewed, signed by a recipient, fully signed, paid, part paid, expired, lost or changes status. Each can start a Zap that updates another app, such as filing the signed PDF in OneDrive, posting in Microsoft Teams or updating a sheet. It's on Essentials and up, with no per-document fee.

The quote is signed. Now what?
A signature or a deposit is the moment work starts for other people: the install team needs the signed scope, accounts needs the payment, sales needs the deal closed. Without automation someone has to notice, download, forward and update, often hours later.
QuoteCloud's Zapier triggers fire at each of those moments. A Zap then runs the steps in the other apps, in seconds and the same way every time.
What happens the moment every signer has signed?
One Zap files the signed PDF and tells the install team, before anyone asks.

Claire Hadley signs HC-5108 at 7:42 pm on Sunday and Tom at 7:55 pm. Document Signing Complete fires once, after Tom. The signed PDF is in the Hadleys' OneDrive folder and the install channel has the job before Monday's planning meeting.
Result
The signed copy is filed and the team knows, with no download and no forwarding.

Stripe and PayPal connect to QuoteCloud directly; the Zap only passes the payment on. Document Paid fires when the document is fully paid, and Document Payment Event covers received, failed and refunded payments.
The Hadleys pay the 20% deposit, $4,673.68, by card through Stripe as they sign. The deposits sheet that Halden's office manager works from shows HC-5108 as paid a moment later.

Document events, answered
Can QuoteCloud tell Microsoft Teams or Slack when a quote is signed?
Yes, through Zapier. Use QuoteCloud's Document Signing Complete trigger, or Recipient Signed Document for each signer, then Microsoft Teams' or Slack's Send Channel Message. It's on Essentials and up, and the Zap carries no QuoteCloud per-document fee.
How do I save signed QuoteCloud PDFs to OneDrive or another drive?
In one Zap: Document Signing Complete, then Generate or Fetch Document PDF Link, then the storage app's upload step straight away. The PDF link is short-lived on purpose, so upload it in the same Zap rather than saving the link.
Can a Zap react to a deposit being paid?
Yes. Document Part Paid fires when a document is partly paid, such as a deposit taken through Stripe or PayPal inside the document, and Document Paid when it's fully paid. The payment itself is taken by QuoteCloud Payments, not by Zapier.
Do these Zaps cost anything in QuoteCloud?
No QuoteCloud fee beyond your plan. The per-document fee applies only to documents created through Zapier or the API. Zaps that react to events and update other apps use tasks on your Zapier plan.
