What is email white labeling in QuoteCloud?

It means the emails your clients receive come from you, not from QuoteCloud. You connect your own email service, so documents are sent from your business address, you write the default emails in your own words, and you hide QuoteCloud logos so your logo sits at the top of each message.

Which email services can I send from?

Gmail and Google Workspace, Outlook and Microsoft 365, and any email provider that supports standard SMTP. Gmail and Microsoft 365 connect by signing in with Google or Microsoft, so you never share your mailbox password with QuoteCloud. For SMTP you enter the host, port, username, password and TLS or SSL setting from your provider.

Can my team send from different addresses?

Yes. Connect as many email services and addresses as you need, set one as the default for documents and one for campaigns, and choose a different From address on any send. Each salesperson can send from their own mailbox, or a team can share an address such as quotes@ or sales@.

Can I customise the email that goes with each document?

Yes. In Email Templates you write the default subject and message for sending a document and for sending a revision, insert merge fields such as the recipient's name and your company details, and add your signature. Start from a sample template or from scratch, and pick a saved template on any send.

Will my clients still see QuoteCloud anywhere?

Not if you don't want them to. Under White Labeling you can hide QuoteCloud logos from client emails and from the document viewer, and your company logo appears in their place. Combined with your own sender, your clients see one brand from the inbox to the signature.

Do replies come back to me?

Yes. When you send from your own email service, the message comes from your address, so when a client hits Reply it goes to your inbox like any other email. Tracking still tells you when the document is opened and how long it is read.

What if my test email fails to send?

Check the SMTP host, port, username and password, and whether your provider wants TLS or SSL. Some providers need an app password or permission for third-party apps. For Gmail and Microsoft 365, run the sign-in again from Email Setup. If it still fails, contact QuoteCloud support with the address and time of the attempt.
