How to send an NDA for electronic signature

Step 1: Use your own NDA
Upload the NDA PDF you already use and place fields on it, or build it in the editor and save it as a template.

Step 2: Add the other party
Open the Recipients panel and add the signer's name and email. The first contact you add becomes the Primary Recipient.

Step 3: Assign the signature fields
Assign an E-Signature block to each signer, and make each signature required so the NDA can't complete without it.

Step 4: Turn on passcode verification
Optionally require a one-time passcode, sent to the signer before they sign, to confirm the right person is signing.
