Serviced apartments use QuoteCloud to quote long stays: the weekly rate as a price-table line by the week, extras such as parking by the week, the stay from check-in to check-out, inclusions and terms, and the first week paid on signing through Stripe or PayPal. Later weeks are invoiced by the property; QuoteCloud doesn't bill them.
A sample long-stay quote from a fictional serviced apartment property, drawn as a calendar of 10 weeks from Sunday 7 February to Sunday 18 April 2027 for Aditi Rao in a one-bedroom apartment. Week 1 is paid on signing and the other weeks are invoiced weekly by the property. Below, 70 nights at the nightly rate of $219 come to $15,330, against $12,950 at the weekly rate of $1,295: $2,380 less over the stay, ex tax.
A weekly rate the booker can sign for
The stay reads as a band of weeks from check-in to check-out, with the weekly rate beside the nightly rate for the same seven nights, so the booker sees why the long stay costs less.
The price table counts weeks, extras such as parking or a second linen change are optional rows, and the first week is paid on signing through Stripe or PayPal. Later weeks are invoiced by the property; QuoteCloud doesn't bill them.

Extending a stay is a revised version
Projects run over. When Aditi's stay grows from 10 to 14 weeks, Revise Last Version copies the signed quote, the new check-out and weeks go in, and Ben signs version 2. Version 1 stays in the history.
There's no new payment on the revision, so a summary of what changed shows beside the signature. The extra weeks are invoiced by the property like the others.

Long-stay questions, answered
Can we quote a weekly rate for a long stay?
Yes. Put the weekly rate in the price table with the number of weeks as the quantity, and add extras such as parking by the week as optional rows. Show the nightly rate beside it so the booker sees the difference. Price tables are on Essentials and above.
Does QuoteCloud bill the weekly charges?
No. The first week, or any deposit you set, is paid on signing through Stripe or PayPal. Later weeks are shown in the agreement and invoiced by your property; QuoteCloud has no automatic recurring billing or payment reminders.
How do we extend a stay?
Use Revise Last Version on the signed quote, change the check-out date and weeks, and send it to sign again. The earlier version stays in the document's history, which is on the Business plan. Nothing extends by itself.
Can the company and the guest both sign?
Yes. Add several signers, each with their own signature block, such as the mobility coordinator and the guest. No one needs a QuoteCloud account to sign.
Does QuoteCloud handle check-in or access codes?
No. QuoteCloud sends the quote, collects the signature and the first payment. Check-in, keys and access codes stay with your property systems.
