Can I quote several split systems in one document?
Yes. List each room and its head in a table block with the area and your sizing note, then price the systems, pipework, brackets and electrical in one price table. One room, two rooms or a whole house of heads all fit the same template, and the customer signs once for the lot.
Can a quote compare separate splits with a multi-split?
Yes. Put the options in a single-choice group, for example two standard splits, two premium splits and a multi-split on one outdoor unit. The customer picks one, and the system line, tax, total and deposit recalculate. Price tables are on Essentials and up.
How do I show where the heads and outdoor unit will go?
Add photos of the inside walls and the outdoor position to the quote and mark them up with QuoteCloud's built-in image editor: arrows, shapes, text and highlights. Line notes say how long each pipe run is. Image blocks and the image editor are on Starter and up.
Does QuoteCloud size split systems?
No. Sizing is your technician's work. QuoteCloud presents it: a rooms table with the area, heads and your notes, beside the options you price. It has no load calculator and doesn't select equipment, and it isn't connected to any supplier's price list.
Can the customer pay a deposit for a split system online?
Yes. Set the deposit as a percentage or a fixed amount, or ask for full payment, and the customer pays by card through Stripe or with PayPal straight after signing. Payments are on Essentials and up and need your own Stripe or PayPal account.
Can I quote apartment installs that need owners' association approval?
Yes. Quote the multi-split like any other, and add a text block explaining what the owners' association may need to approve, such as the outdoor unit's position. Getting that approval is the owner's step: QuoteCloud doesn't contact or track owners' associations.
