What should a student agent's service agreement include?
Typically the course shortlist, each education provider's fee estimate, your own service fee and optional services, your terms and signatures from the student and, where needed, a parent. In QuoteCloud each part is a block in your template, and the family reads, comments and signs online.
How do we keep tuition separate from our fee?
Quote each provider's tuition estimate as text in its own block, marked as the provider's figure and paid to the provider. Only your service fee and options go in the price table, so only they are totalled and paid through QuoteCloud.
Can a student and a parent both sign?
Yes. Add each as a signer with their own signature block and link. They can sign at different times, on any device, without an account. There's no signing order. eSignatures are included on every plan.
Can we verify who is signing?
You can turn on a one-time passcode: each signer enters a code sent to their email before signing. Every signed document carries a certificate of authenticity and an audit trail.
Does QuoteCloud give visa or admission advice?
No. QuoteCloud sends your documents and collects signatures and payments. Course, admission and visa information is your own content and responsibility, and QuoteCloud doesn't connect to providers' application systems.
Can families pay our fee online?
Yes, from the Essentials plan. Set a deposit or full payment on signing and the family pays through Stripe or PayPal. Tuition is paid to the provider, never through your agreement.
