- 5/5 on G2
- 4.2 on Capterra
- Building QuoteCloud since 2013
A training proposal in QuoteCloud sets out the learning outcomes agreed with the client, the program's modules with their delivery and hours, a choice of in-person, virtual or blended delivery priced per participant, and the schedule as a Gantt chart. The client changes the seats, asks questions in comments, signs and pays a deposit.

The schedule your client can plan rosters around
A Gantt chart shows when each module runs, the workplace project alongside it and the capstone as a milestone. When Leila asked to move the capstone, Bec changed one bar and the proposal showed the new date.
Put the delivery and hours for each module right under it, so the client sees who is away from the floor and when.
- Modules as bars, the capstone as a milestone
- Projects and self-paced work alongside
- Updated in the same proposal before it's signed

Training proposal questions, answered
What goes into a corporate training proposal?
Usually the learning outcomes agreed with the client, the modules with their delivery and hours, a schedule, the fees per participant and per cohort, your terms and a place to sign. In QuoteCloud each of those is a block in your template, so every proposal follows the same structure and the client can choose delivery, change seats and sign online.
Can we reuse modules and outcomes across proposals?
Yes. Save each module, your company profile, facilitator bios and terms in the content library, from the Essentials plan, and add them to any proposal. On the Business plan you can lock company blocks such as your terms, so they go out exactly as approved.
Can the proposal include a program schedule?
Yes, on the Business plan. A Gantt chart block shows each module as a bar, projects alongside and milestones such as a capstone. You edit it in the proposal before it is signed, for example when the client asks to move a date.
Does QuoteCloud write the proposal for us?
No. Your team writes the outcomes and modules, usually from your own library blocks. On the Business plan the AI Co-Worker can help staff draft or rephrase inside the editor, and its suggestions stay flagged until someone accepts them.
Can we mention accreditation in the proposal?
You can write whatever is true about your programs in your own templates. QuoteCloud doesn't manage accreditation, compliance reporting or student records, so any accreditation wording is your content, not a QuoteCloud feature.
Can more than one person at the client sign?
Yes. Add several signers, such as the L&D lead and a finance manager, each with their own signature block and link. eSignatures are on every plan, and the deposit is paid after signing through Stripe or PayPal from Essentials.
