What is bulk send in QuoteCloud?
Bulk send sends one document template to many recipients at once. Each recipient gets their own copy, personalised with data items such as a student's name, subject and tutor, and signs and pays in that copy. You see who has been sent, who has opened and who has accepted. Bulk send is on Essentials and up, with volume-based costs.
Does QuoteCloud send reminders to families who haven't replied?
No. A term offer goes out in one bulk send; it isn't an automated campaign, and QuoteCloud doesn't send follow-up reminders. You can see who has opened and accepted each copy, give the offer an expiry date and use the Expiring Soon filter to find the offers still open, then follow up yourself.
Can each family choose a different package?
Yes. Each family's copy is its own document, so they pick their own weekly package and extras, and their Term 1 total follows. Your template decides which packages and extras are offered. Data items fill in details such as the student's name; they don't choose a package for the family.
Can families pay Term 1 in their copy?
Yes. With Stripe or PayPal connected, each copy can take the full Term 1 fee, or a percentage or fixed amount, straight after the parent signs. Later terms are shown in the agreement and invoiced by you; QuoteCloud doesn't bill them and doesn't run instalments.
Can we bulk-send course or workshop offers too?
Yes. Any template can be bulk-sent, for example next season's short-course offer to past participants, each copy personalised with data items. Bulk send suits offers that are the same for everyone apart from the details. Proposals that need their own scope, such as a corporate program, are better sent one at a time.
