Cosmetic dentists use QuoteCloud to send quotes with porcelain veneers, composite veneers or bonding as alternatives priced per tooth, whitening as an extra the patient ticks, consultation photos in an image gallery, the practice's consent wording and a deposit paid on signing.
Ravi Pillai's cosmetic quote from a fictional practice, Wrenfield Dental Group: a consultation photo, the shade recorded at his consultation on a shade-guide strip, then three options for his six front teeth taking turns as the chosen one: porcelain veneers 6 × $1,850, composite veneers 6 × $720 (discussed at his consultation) or bonding on two teeth 2 × $390, with in-chair whitening $690 ticked. The estimated total follows: $11,970.00, $5,190.00 or $1,650.00, with a 30% deposit to book.

Photos, options and consent in the quote he signs
Ravi's consultation photos sit in an image gallery at the top. Below them, the options for his front teeth and whitening he can tick or untick: in-chair, take-home trays, or both.
The consent block says cosmetic results vary from person to person and that the photos are examples, in the practice's own locked wording. Ravi ticks each statement, signs and pays 30% through PayPal to book.

Built for treatment people choose, not need
Cosmetic patients compare, take time and ask questions. A QuoteCloud quote is set up for that.
Quote the same day
Start from your cosmetic template and send before the patient has left the car park.
Their own photos
Consultation and shade photos in a gallery, marked up in the image editor if you like.
Per tooth, side by side
Options in one group with their own quantities, so the patient compares like for like.
Extras they tick
Whitening or a night guard as optional rows the patient adds or removes.
Honest consent
Your wording that results vary and photos are examples, ticked before signing.
Help with the wording
On Business, the AI Co-Worker can help staff draft a plain-language explanation in the editor; it is flagged until a person accepts it.

Elective treatment
A quote people can take home and decide on
No pressure in the chair: every option, the photos and the price in one link, with questions answered in the comments and a deposit when they're ready.
Follow up before a quote lapses
Every cosmetic quote has an expiry date. The Expiring Soon filter lists the ones close to it, with whether each was opened, so your coordinator knows who to call first.
QuoteCloud doesn't send reminders by itself: the call, or a revised quote, is yours to send.
- Expiry dates on every quote
- Opened, awaiting signature or sent, at a glance
- Revise and resend if fees change

Cosmetic dentistry quote questions
Can a cosmetic quote show veneers and bonding as options?
Yes. Put porcelain veneers, composite veneers and bonding in one stage as a single-choice group, each with its own code, fee per tooth and quantity. Pre-select the option discussed at the consultation with a neutral note; the patient can choose another and the total and deposit update in the quote.
Can we put before-and-after photos in a quote?
You can add your own photos to an image gallery or image blocks, from the Starter plan, and mark them up in the image editor. Say in your own words that photos are examples and that results vary; QuoteCloud doesn't make claims about results and doesn't edit photos to show an outcome.
Can we take a deposit for cosmetic treatment?
Yes, from the Essentials plan. The patient pays a percentage or a fixed amount through Stripe or PayPal straight after signing, and the quote is marked paid. QuoteCloud doesn't offer finance, instalments or payment reminders; any finance is arranged with your own provider and described in your wording.
Does the AI Co-Worker write cosmetic quotes?
No. On the Business plan the AI Co-Worker helps your staff inside the editor, for example drafting a plain-language explanation of an option. What it suggests is flagged until a person reviews and accepts it. It doesn't write or send quotes by itself.
How do we follow up quotes patients haven't accepted?
Set an expiry date on every quote. QuoteCloud shows when a quote is opened, and the Expiring Soon filter lists the ones close to expiry so your team can call. If fees change, revise the quote and send the new version. QuoteCloud doesn't send reminders by itself.
