Multi-stage dental treatment plans built on a tooth chart
The chart, every stage and appointment, and each line priced from your own fee list, in one plan the patient reads and accepts online.

With QuoteCloud a practice sets out a treatment plan the way it is delivered: the teeth on a chart, the treatment in stages with a subtotal each, the planned visits, fees and treatment codes from its own fee list, and alternatives the patient chooses between, then sends it with an expiry date to accept, sign and pay a deposit.
Helen Gordon's treatment plan from a fictional practice, Wrenfield Dental Group. Her panoramic X-ray sits on a light box, marked up with rings on teeth 15, 46, 26 and 36. Under it the plan's four stages light in turn with the teeth each one treats: clean and X-rays $260, filling and root canal $1,625, two zirconia crowns $3,900 and an implant and crown for 36 at $5,450; estimated total $11,235.00 over 9 planned visits.

Mark a filling, a crown or a missing tooth. Each mark adds a line to the right stage, a choice where there is one, the visits it needs and its fee. Send it, then choose, sign and pay as the patient would.

A demo with a fictional practice: nothing is sent, stored or charged. In QuoteCloud your coordinator builds the plan from your treatment plan template: stages are price-table sections, each line comes from your own fee list, alternatives are single-choice groups and extras are optional rows. Treatment codes are your practice's own; QuoteCloud does not connect to any fee schedule. QuoteCloud doesn't chart or diagnose by itself, book appointments or calculate insurance benefits.
Stages in the order the treatment happens
Each stage is a section of the price table with its own subtotal: the clean and X-rays, the filling and root canal, the crowns, then replacing 36. Under it, the visits each stage needs, week by week.
Where there is a real choice, it is a single-choice group. Helen can choose the bridge instead of the implant, and the stage subtotal, the estimated total, the deposit and the visits all follow. Try it in the plan.
- A code and tooth column, typed from your own fee list
- Alternatives as single choices, with a neutral "Discussed at your consultation" note
- Extras such as a night guard as optional rows
- Visits by week, as your practice plans them

Six questions every treatment plan should answer
Patients read the plan at home, without the dentist beside them. These are the questions a QuoteCloud plan answers on the page.
What did you find?
The tooth chart and the X-ray marked up in QuoteCloud's image editor (Starter and up), so each stage makes sense before the fees.
Why in this order?
Stages as price-table sections with subtotals, in the order your dentist will do them.
How many visits?
The planned visits for each stage by week. Your reception confirms each date: QuoteCloud doesn't book appointments.
What are my options?
Crown materials, or implant, bridge or denture, as single choices. The patient picks one and the total follows.
What will it cost?
Every line from your own fee list, a subtotal per stage, the estimated total and the deposit on signing. See estimates and consent.
What isn't included?
Specialist or hospital fees, and your own wording about insurers: QuoteCloud never calculates an insurance benefit.

Every line priced from your own fee list
Load your fee list into QuoteCloud's product catalogue from a CSV: code, treatment, category, fee and, for your team only, cost and margin. Your coordinator adds lines to the plan from it instead of retyping fees.
Treatment codes are your practice's own; QuoteCloud does not connect to any fee schedule. Codes such as WD-CR2 for a zirconia crown are text you choose, and a fee change in the list is used in every new plan.

Treatment plan questions
What should a dental treatment plan include?
What was found (a tooth chart and marked-up X-ray), the treatment in stages in the order it happens, the planned visits, a fee for each line and a subtotal per stage, the alternatives the patient can choose between, what isn't included, an expiry date, and the acknowledgements and signature. A QuoteCloud template holds all of these, so each plan follows the same structure.
Can QuoteCloud show a tooth chart in a treatment plan?
Yes, as content in the plan: a chart image or table your practice adds, with the teeth to treat marked, plus X-rays and photos marked up in QuoteCloud's image editor on Starter and up. QuoteCloud doesn't chart teeth or diagnose by itself, and it doesn't connect to imaging software: X-rays are images you upload.
Do we have to use official procedure codes?
No. Treatment codes are your practice's own; QuoteCloud does not connect to any fee schedule. You choose the codes in your fee list, such as WD-CR2 for a zirconia crown, and they appear as a text column in the plan. Insurance benefits aren't calculated: add your own wording that tells patients to ask their insurer.
Can a treatment plan change after it is sent?
Yes. Revise the plan and send the new version for the patient to sign; on the Business plan, version history keeps each earlier version. Before signing, the patient can switch between the alternatives you included, and the stage subtotals, the estimated total and the deposit update as they choose.
Does QuoteCloud book the appointments in the plan?
No. The visits in the plan are your practice's planning, written as a table or timeline in the document. Your reception confirms each date. Through Zapier you can send details of an accepted plan to another app, such as Google Calendar one way, but QuoteCloud doesn't connect to your appointment book by itself.
