- Building QuoteCloud since 2013
Fundraising and events teams use QuoteCloud to send event sponsorship packages for galas, fun runs and festivals: packages as a single choice, add-ons as optional rows, one template bulk-sent as a personalised copy to each local business (Essentials and up, volume-based costs), and the full amount paid through Stripe or PayPal when each sponsor signs.
The Big Book Breakfast 2027 sponsorship from Paperbark Reading Trust (fictional), bulk-sent to six local businesses, drawn as a marquee with a string of bunting: one flag per business. Three flags are filled in for the sponsors who accepted (Saltgrass Bakery, Chapter; Kestrel Pharmacy, Bookmark; Marlowe & Finch Accountants, Headline plus the reading tent), two are half-lit for the businesses who opened it (Tidemark Physio and Pelican Bay Dental, who left a comment) and one is an outline for Greenfold Hardware, sent. Counts: 6 sent, 5 opened, 3 accepted.

Prepared for Wren & Quill Bookshop · Prepared Wed 25 Nov 2026 · Valid until Fri 30 Apr 2027

Choose your place at the festival
The Northern Book Festival
A market stall, the children's stage or the whole festival, with power and extra space as add-ons. Here a 50% deposit is paid on signing; the balance is Paperbark's own invoice in August.
- Stall hire and sponsorship in one document
- A deposit as a percentage or a fixed amount
- The balance invoiced by you, shown as content
Each sponsor chooses, signs and pays in one go
Try it: choose a package and tick an add-on. The total and the amount paid on signing follow, the way they do for Nina at Saltgrass Bakery.
Because the full amount is paid when the sponsor signs, there's no invoice to raise and no transfer to match. The payment goes through PayPal or Stripe into Paperbark's own account, and the proposal is marked paid.
- Packages as a single choice, add-ons as optional rows
- Full payment, a percentage or a fixed amount on signing
- Signed and paid shown in the activity

Offers that close before the program goes to print
Each sponsorship offer carries an expiry date, set to the day the program and banners go to the printer. The Expiring Soon filter lists the businesses who haven't signed yet.
Sam, the events coordinator, can see who has opened the offer, so a call goes to the pharmacy that's been reading it, not to everyone.
- An expiry date on every offer

Event sponsorship questions, answered
Can we send the same sponsorship packages to many businesses?
Yes, with bulk send on the Essentials plan and up. Choose a template and a list of recipients, and each business gets its own personalised copy to choose, sign and pay. Bulk send has volume-based costs. You see who has been sent, opened and accepted each copy.
Can event sponsors pay when they sign?
Yes, from the Essentials plan. Set the full amount, a percentage or a fixed amount to be paid on signing through Stripe or PayPal, into your organisation's own account. If you take a deposit, the balance is your own invoice: QuoteCloud doesn't send payment reminders.
Is QuoteCloud a ticketing or event registration system?
No. QuoteCloud handles the sponsorship and stall agreements: packages, add-ons, signatures and the payment on signing. Tickets, registrations, seating and fundraising pages stay in the tools you already use.
Can sponsors add extras to a package?
Yes. Add extras such as an extra table, signage or logos on shirts as optional rows in the price table. The sponsor ticks what they want, and the total and the amount due on signing update before they sign.
How do we close offers before the program goes to print?
Give each offer an expiry date. The Expiring Soon filter lists the offers about to close, and tracking shows who has opened theirs, so you can follow up with the businesses who are still deciding.
