Set up QuoteCloud the way your agency sells
Your proposal converted into a template, channel tiers as a saved price table, scope and terms locked in the library, the CRM connected and the team trained.
- 5/5 on G2
- 4.2 on Capterra
- Building QuoteCloud since 2013
Agencies can roll out QuoteCloud in about four weeks: one template converted free during the trial (Essentials and up), channel tiers and add-ons saved as a price table in the content library, case studies and scope wording in the library, Pipedrive or Zapier connected, and a 45-minute training session on paid plans. Onboarding and professional services are available.
Four sheets of a fictional agency's retainer proposal taking turns at the front behind divider tabs, one for each thing an implementation sets up: the template with its cover, the channel tiers as a price table with monthly fees and add-ons, the scope and revision rounds as a locked block, and the onboarding questionnaire in the Forms block.

Your channel tiers, set up once
The heart of an agency rollout is the price list. Ambergrove's five channels at three tiers each, the add-ons and the onboarding fee live in one price table: monthly fees as repeating items over a 12-month term, one-offs as single rows, add-ons as optional rows.
Saved to the content library as a block, it goes into every retainer proposal with the same prices and deliverables. Costs and margins can stay hidden from the client.
- Repeating price items with term and monthly price
- Optional rows for add-ons the client ticks
- Price tables saved as library blocks (Essentials and up)
- Product catalogue with CSV import for longer price lists

Implementation questions, answered
How long does it take an agency to set up QuoteCloud?
Many agencies can follow a plan of about four weeks: a template converted in the first week, channel tiers and library content in the second, payments and the CRM in the third, and the team trained with the first proposals out in the fourth. It's sample planning, not a promise; more templates and services take longer.
Will QuoteCloud convert our current proposal?
Yes. One free template conversion is included during the 14-day trial on the Essentials, Business and Enterprise plans. Send your current retainer or project proposal and it comes back as a QuoteCloud template. More conversions, integrations and automation can be done for you through QuoteCloud's professional services, which are quoted separately.
Is training included?
Yes. Paid plans include a 45-minute training session for your team. Onboarding services offer guided set-up of your templates, library and settings, and premium support adds a higher level of support once you.re live. Implementation support is part of the Enterprise plan. Contact QuoteCloud for the price of any paid help.
How do we load our channel tiers and price list?
Build your tiers in a price table, with monthly fees as repeating items, one-offs as single rows and add-ons as optional rows, then save it to the content library as a block. For a longer price list, the product catalogue holds each item with its price and cost and can import them from a CSV file.
Which plan should an agency choose?
Most agencies sending retainers start on Essentials, US$39 per user a month, for price tables, templates, the content library, payments on signing, bulk send and Zapier. Business, US$59, adds the Forms block, Gantt charts, content locking, version history, approvals, the AI Co-Worker and native Pipedrive, Xero and QuickBooks. Enterprise is priced on request.
