A van wash plan for a courier fleet
Twenty-two vans washed fortnightly and vacuumed monthly, priced per van as repeating charges shown in the agreement, with a 12-month term and an expiry date. Kettlebrook invoices each month; QuoteCloud doesn't bill the charges.

Detailing quote questions
Can a detailing quote offer different protection levels?
Yes. Put the levels in a single-choice group, each with what's included and its price, and mark the one you recommend. The level the customer picks sets the protection line in the price table; add-ons such as interior protection or tint can be optional rows. Price tables are on Essentials and above.
Can we show photos of our work in the quote?
Yes. Image and gallery blocks hold photos of your corrections and coatings, and you can save your best ones in the content library to reuse. Image blocks are on Starter and above; the content library is on Essentials and above.
Can customers pay a deposit to book?
Yes, from the Essentials plan. Set a deposit as a percentage or a fixed amount on the document, and the customer pays through Stripe or PayPal straight after signing. QuoteCloud has no booking calendar: your team confirms the date once the deposit is in.
Can we bill a monthly fleet wash through QuoteCloud?
No. A fleet wash agreement can show the monthly charges per van, the term and an expiry date, and the fleet manager signs it, but QuoteCloud doesn't bill repeating charges or renew agreements. You invoice each month from your own system.
Does QuoteCloud register coating warranties?
No. QuoteCloud doesn't register warranties with coating makers or name products for you. Your care instructions and your own terms go in the quote the customer signs, in your words.
