Tyre quote questions
Can a tyre quote offer three options?
Yes. Put three sets in a single-choice group, each with its name, notes and price for four, and mark one as featured. The set the customer picks sets the tyre line in the price table, and the total and deposit follow. Price tables are on Essentials and above.
Can fitting and balancing be priced per wheel?
Yes. Balancing and a new valve, and old tyre disposal, can each be a line with a quantity of four at the per-wheel rate from your product catalogue. Alignment and rotation can be optional rows the customer ticks.
Can customers pay a deposit to hold the tyres?
Yes, from the Essentials plan. Set a deposit as a percentage of the total or a fixed amount on the document, and the customer pays by card through Stripe or with PayPal straight after signing. QuoteCloud doesn't hold or reserve stock: your team does that when the payment comes in.
Does QuoteCloud look up tyre sizes or supplier stock?
No. QuoteCloud doesn't look up tyre sizes by plate number, check supplier stock or pull supplier prices. Sizes are typed by your team and prices come from your own product catalogue, which you update from a CSV file.
Can customers book a fitting time in the quote?
QuoteCloud has no booking calendar. Your team books the fitting after the quote is signed. A signed quote can create an event in Google Calendar through Zapier (one way, QuoteCloud to the calendar) if you set it up.
