Hidden damage gets its own signed supplement
With the bumper off, Tomas found a bent reinforcement bar and a cracked sensor bracket. He sent BP-3092-S1: the extra parts and hours, the original quote total, the supplement and the revised repair total, emailed to Mei Lin and, as a PDF, to the assessor.
Before a quote is signed, Revise Last Version updates it and sends the new version. Once the authority to repair is signed, a supplement is a new document that is signed in its own right, so each approval stays on record.

Can we send a repair quote to an insurer's assessor?
Yes. Email the assessor the quote link, add them as a recipient, or send the PDF generated from the document. QuoteCloud doesn't integrate with insurer or assessing platforms, so claim numbers and assessor notes are typed by your estimator, and any approval from the insurer happens in their own process.
Can the owner sign an authority to repair?
Yes. The owner signs the quote with a legally binding eSignature, from their phone or on your device at the counter, and the signed document carries a certificate of authenticity and an audit trail. eSignatures are on every plan, including Free.
How do we handle hidden damage found during the repair?
Before a quote is signed, Revise Last Version updates it and sends the new version. After the authority to repair is signed, send a supplementary quote as a new document listing the extra parts and hours and the revised total, and have it signed in its own right.
Can parts, labour and paint be shown separately?
Yes. A price table can hold parts, repair and refit labour, paint labour and materials, and sublet work as separate groups with subtotals, hours shown as quantities at your labour rate, and tax calculated. Price tables are on Essentials and above.
Does QuoteCloud include repair-time or parts databases?
