Connected to your bookings, CRM and accounts
GDS and mid-office add-ons, the Itinerary Sync API for your own booking system, and your CRM and accounts through Zapier or natively.

QuoteCloud connects to travel systems in three ways: add-ons for Sabre GDS, Tres CCTE and Tramada (opt-in and paid; Tramada is set up with the QuoteCloud team), the Itinerary Sync API for booking systems that post BookingCI JSON, and Zapier, Make or the QuoteCloud API for your CRM and accounts. Xero and QuickBooks are native on Business, otherwise via Zapier.

Your GDS or mid-office booking, opened as an itinerary
The Sabre GDS and Tres CCTE Itinerary Sync add-ons fill your team's itinerary template from the booking: flights, stays, transfers and tours land as segments in the Itinerary block, and a price table can take the booking's pricing. Your consultants then add the photos, guides and excursions only they know.
Tramada itineraries can be opened in QuoteCloud too; that connection is set up with the QuoteCloud team. The add-ons bring bookings in. They don't write back to your GDS or mid-office, search fares or issue tickets.

The Itinerary Sync API, for your own booking system
If your booking system has its own developers, it can push bookings to QuoteCloud. What the API page describes, for the people who'll build it.
One POST per booking
Your system posts a BookingCI JSON file to QuoteCloud as multipart form data, with your branch and password.
The booking header
Booking reference, system type, booking status and your agency code, so QuoteCloud knows what it's receiving.
Consultant and passengers
The consultant code must match the Consultant ID in QuoteCloud. Passengers come with the booking.
Items and segments
Flight, hotel, car, transfer, tour, bus, ferry, rail, cruise, surface, insurance, activity and more.
Checked on arrival
Each file is validated against the schema, and errors are returned to your system.
Built by your developers
Read the Itinerary Sync API page for the format. Any examples we show are illustrative.

Connect QuoteCloud to your travel systems
Free for 14 days, no credit card required. Talk to the QuoteCloud team about the add-on for your GDS or mid-office.
Signed and paid, then on to your CRM and accounts
When both travellers sign and the deposit is paid, Zapier can carry it on: the Signed Document, Document Payment Event, Form Submitted on Document and Status Changed triggers start a Zap that updates the deal in HubSpot or Zoho, or adds a row to the bookings spreadsheet.
On the Business plan, Xero and QuickBooks connect natively; on Essentials they connect through Zapier. Make and the QuoteCloud API work too, and the API, Zapier or Make can create a proposal from a template with its price rows filled in.

What each connection does, and doesn't
Straight answers, so you know where QuoteCloud fits between your booking system and your accounts.
Bookings come in
The add-ons and the Itinerary Sync API bring bookings into QuoteCloud. Nothing is written back to the GDS or mid-office.
Ticketing stays put
Fares, availability, holds and ticketing stay in your GDS or mid-office. QuoteCloud doesn't search or book.
The deposit, on signing
Stripe or PayPal take the deposit when travellers sign. Balances are invoiced by you, never billed by QuoteCloud.
Zapier is one way per Zap
A Zap runs when something happens in QuoteCloud, such as a signature. It isn't a two-way sync.
Fees for automated documents
Documents created through the API or Zapier cost US$2.00 each up to 1,000 a month, then less by volume.
A spreadsheet counts too
No CRM yet? A Zap can add a row to Google Sheets each time a trip is signed.
Travel integration questions
Which travel booking systems does QuoteCloud connect to?
QuoteCloud has Itinerary Sync add-ons for Sabre GDS and Tres CCTE, which fill your itinerary template from the booking, and Tramada itineraries can be opened in QuoteCloud with a connection set up by the QuoteCloud team. The Travel itineraries and GDS / mid-office integration is an opt-in paid add-on on the Essentials, Business and Enterprise plans.
Can our own booking system send itineraries to QuoteCloud?
Yes, through the Itinerary Sync API. Your system posts a BookingCI JSON file to QuoteCloud with your branch and password: the booking reference, status, agency and consultant codes, passengers and the itinerary items with their segments. Each file is checked against the schema and errors are returned. The consultant code must match a Consultant ID in QuoteCloud.
Does QuoteCloud update the booking in Sabre or Tres CCTE?
No. The add-ons bring bookings into QuoteCloud; nothing is written back to your GDS or mid-office. Fares, availability, holds and ticketing stay where they are today. When a proposal is signed and the deposit paid, your consultant tickets in your own system as usual.
Does QuoteCloud connect to HubSpot or Zoho?
Yes, through Zapier on Essentials and up. A Zap can start when a document is signed, paid, changes status or has a Forms block submitted, and update the deal or contact in HubSpot or Zoho. Pipedrive connects directly. Documents created through Zapier or the API have a per-document fee from US$2.00, less by volume.
Does QuoteCloud work with Xero or QuickBooks?
Yes. Xero and QuickBooks Online are native integrations on the Business plan; on other paid plans they connect through Zapier. Either way, your agency still invoices the balance and any fees from your accounts system: QuoteCloud takes only the deposit or full payment on signing, through Stripe or PayPal.
Which plan do we need for integrations?
Zapier, Make, the QuoteCloud API and payments through Stripe or PayPal are on Essentials and up. Native CRM and accounting integrations, including Xero and QuickBooks, are on Business. The Travel Itinerary add-on for Sabre, Tres CCTE and Tramada is an opt-in paid add-on on Essentials, Business and Enterprise.
