Getting started with QuoteCloud

Outdoor bookings with every site, face and week

Sites and faces priced by the week, print and install as their own lines, site photos in the proposal and holds that expire on time.

Outdoor and signage companies use QuoteCloud to send booking proposals: digital and static sites priced per site-week or face-week, print, production and install as separate lines, photos of each site marked up with the image editor, extra weeks as options, an expiry date on the hold and a deposit on signing.

A stylised road map into the city for a fictional outdoor company, Kerbside Outdoor. Six digital roadside sites light up along route 1 as their line lands in the booking for Ridgeline Bikes: 12 site-weeks at $1,350 ($16,200). Then twelve bus-shelter faces light up along route 2: 24 face-weeks at $310 ($7,440), followed by poster print and install, 12 posters at $95 ($1,140). The total is $27,258.00 including tax with a 25% deposit of $6,814.50 due on signing, awaiting Sam's signature, and a chip shows the sites are held until Fri 30 Oct, 8 days left.

Every site in the proposal, photographed and marked up

Show the advertiser the sites they're buying. Add your site photos in a gallery block and mark up a face with the image editor: which face, which direction, where their slot sits.

Below the photos, the booking: digital sites by the site-week, shelter faces by the face-week, print and install as their own lines, and a third week as an option. A 25% deposit confirms the sites.

A site hold that ends when you said it would

Ridgeline Bikes' booking from the day it's sent to the day the hold ends. This is the sales team's own process, with the QuoteCloud feature used at each step.

Outdoor and signage questions, answered

Can I send outdoor advertising bookings in QuoteCloud?

Yes. Build an outdoor booking template and add each placement as a price-table line: digital sites by the site-week, shelter faces by the face-week, with print and install as their own lines. Add site photos in a gallery block and let the advertiser add extra weeks as an optional line.

How do site holds expire?

Give each booking an expiry date for the day the hold ends. The document shows it, and the Expiring Soon filter lists every booking about to lapse. QuoteCloud doesn't release sites in your own system; it ends the offer in the document so your team can sell them again.

Does QuoteCloud know which sites are available?

No. QuoteCloud doesn't track site availability, inventory or proof of posting. Check availability in your own system, then add the sites to the booking. Vehicle passes and other audience figures are your own estimates, labelled as such.

Can I mark up a photo of a site?

Yes. Add the photo to the document and mark it up with the image editor: circle the face, add an arrow or a label for the direction of traffic. The image editor and image blocks are on the Starter plan and up.

Can sign makers use QuoteCloud too?

Yes. A signage quote works the same way: design, the sign itself, install and any permit work as lines, options such as a blade sign underneath, and a deposit on signing to start production. Permit work is your own service; QuoteCloud doesn't apply for anything.

When is the advertiser charged?

Only when they sign. Set a deposit as a percentage or a fixed amount, or ask for the full amount, paid through your Stripe or PayPal account. Later weeks and the balance are your own invoices; QuoteCloud doesn't bill per week or send reminders.
