Mia ticks the course of six, an aftercare kit for $120 is added, and her 30% deposit of $712.80 is paid through Stripe when she signs. The quote is valid until Wed 18 Nov 2026 and totals $2,376.00 including tax.

Can a cosmetic treatment quote show options side by side?
Yes. Put the treatment courses or areas in a single-choice group and the extras as optional lines; the totals, tax and deposit follow the patient's choice. The option discussed at the consultation can be selected when the quote opens, labelled in your own words and never ranked. Price tables are on Essentials and above.
Can we take a deposit to book when the patient signs?
Yes, from the Essentials plan. Set the deposit as a percentage or a fixed amount, and the patient pays through Stripe or PayPal straight after signing; the quote is marked Paid. You need your own Stripe or PayPal account connected to QuoteCloud.
Can QuoteCloud offer payment plans or finance for treatment?
No. QuoteCloud takes a deposit or the full amount on signing. It does not set up instalments, payment plans, recurring billing or payment reminders. Any later payments are invoiced from your own systems.
Can we add our own wording about results, risks and benefits?
Yes. Write it in text blocks in your quote template; on the Business plan, content locking stops your team editing it and the Forms block lets the patient confirm each acknowledgement before signing. The wording is yours: QuoteCloud gives no medical, legal or advertising advice.
Does a cosmetic quote expire?
Yes. Give each quote an expiry date, shown on the quote. The Expiring Soon filter lists the quotes that lapse in the next few days so the front desk can follow up. A quote that has expired can't be signed.
Does QuoteCloud calculate insurance or funding benefits for elective treatment?
No. QuoteCloud does not calculate insurance or other benefits. If they're relevant, write your own wording in the quote, for example that no benefit is included. The price table calculates your fees, options, tax, total and deposit.
