Yes. Extras such as a safe tray or a relocation are optional rows the customer ticks, and alternatives such as three hot water systems are a single-choice group. The total, tax and deposit update as they choose. Price tables are on Essentials and up.

Yes. Load your parts and labour into the product catalogue from a CSV, then search it from inside the quote. Each line comes with its price and unit, and your cost and margin stay hidden from the customer. The catalogue is on Essentials and up.

Yes. Set an expiry date on the quote so the customer knows how long the price stands, and use the Expiring Soon filter to see which quotes and agreements are close to their date. Expiry dates are on Essentials and up.

Yes. Add frames from your recording as images, mark them up in the image editor (Starter and up) and write your findings and urgency ratings beside them. Each recommended work is an optional row the owner ticks. QuoteCloud doesn't analyse video or rate findings: those are yours.

Yes. The image editor, on Starter and up, lets you crop and rotate photos and add text, shapes, arrows, highlights and freehand marks, so the customer sees exactly where the leak, crack or blockage is.

No. Running-cost and savings figures are your own estimates, typed into the quote as content and labelled as yours, with the basis you used. QuoteCloud shows the systems as a choice and prices the one the customer picks.

Yes. Customers can sign in person on your device with a legally binding eSignature, without a QuoteCloud account. Every signed document carries a certificate of authenticity and an audit trail. eSignatures are on every plan.

Yes, on Essentials and up. Set a deposit as a percentage or a fixed amount, or full payment, on the document, and the customer pays through Stripe or PayPal when they sign. You need your own Stripe or PayPal account connected.

No. QuoteCloud takes one payment on signing if you set one. Instalments, repeating billing and payment reminders aren't part of QuoteCloud; invoice the balance from your accounts or job management system.

Yes. Each scheduled service is a repeating charge shown in the agreement, the testing schedule sits in it as content, and the agreement has an expiry date. You invoice the charges; QuoteCloud doesn't bill them or renew agreements automatically.

No. QuoteCloud doesn't issue, lodge or submit statutory, compliance, gas, plumbing or backflow certificates. Your licensed plumbers issue them; you can attach your own reports and certificates to a document as PDF blocks (Starter and up).

Yes. Bulk send, on Essentials and up with volume-based costs, sends one template as personalised copies to everyone on your list, and tracks who opened and accepted each one.

Yes, through Zapier, on Essentials and up. A signed or paid QuoteCloud document starts a Zap that uses the actions ServiceM8 or simPRO offer on Zapier, such as creating a job. Other job systems connect through Zapier, Make or the API where they have a connector.

Yes. Xero and QuickBooks Online are native integrations on the Business plan, and connect through Zapier on other paid plans. It isn't a two-way sync, and QuoteCloud doesn't create invoices for the balance.

No. There's no scheduling, dispatch, GPS, timesheets or work orders in QuoteCloud. Keep those in your job management system and send signed work to it through Zapier or the API.

Yes. Essentials and Business start with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required, and one of your existing templates is converted free during the trial.

No. On the Business plan the AI Co-Worker helps your staff in the editor, and its output is flagged until someone accepts it. It doesn't write or send documents by itself.

Not in real time. Your team and your customer can leave comments and replies on a document, and on the Business plan version history keeps each revised version.
