Box gutters on a four-storey building are a different size of job. Declan's quote for Building B is over Weirbrook's limit, so the approval rule puts it In Review: Grant approves it before it can go to the building manager.

Questions plumbers ask
Can I price gutters and downpipes by the metre?
Yes. Add each run as a price-table line with a rate per metre and the length you measured. Turn on quantity editing for those lines and the owner can adjust a length, with the line, total and deposit updating as they do.
Does QuoteCloud measure the roof from photos?
No. QuoteCloud doesn't measure roofs, take quantities off photos or connect to drones. The lengths are your own measurements; the photos are there to show the owner what you found, marked up in the image editor.
Can I add before and after photos?
Yes. Image and gallery blocks are on Starter and up, so you can show the existing gutters and, on a later document, the finished work. The image editor adds rings, arrows, text and highlights to any photo.
Can bigger apartment-building jobs need approval before they're sent?
Yes, on the Business plan. An approval rule triggered by total value puts the quote In Review until the approver approves it, and only then can it be sent to the building manager.
