Every device, its test and its month, in the agreement
At Juniper Court the testable backflow devices and the mixing valves sit beside the building's other scheduled services: each one a line with how often it's tested and its monthly charge, then the schedule showing the month each test is due.
The site manager signs a plan they can read: what's tested, when, and what it costs. The schedule is your content, written by your tester. QuoteCloud doesn't book the visits or remind anyone when a test falls due.
A testing-only site, such as a medical centre with a fire service backflow device and a dozen valves, uses the same blocks in its own testing agreement.

Test results go to the building manager after each visit as Weirbrook's own reports. Any certificates are issued by our licensed testers, not by QuoteCloud.

Each kind of device gets its own lines, so the site sees what is tested and what it costs. The device types and intervals are yours to set.
Testable backflow devices
One line per device, with its location, type and size in the note, and the test interval you set.
Thermostatic mixing valves
Valves listed by room or wing, with the service interval and a price per valve.
Fire hose reels
Hose reels on the same schedule as the plumbing devices, where your licence covers them.
Tempering and relief valves
Hot water safety checks as a line in the agreement, or a one-off job quote.

QuoteCloud prepares the testing quote or agreement, sends it and gets it signed. The testing itself is yours: your licensed tester tests each device, fills in your test report, issues the certificate in the form your water authority or council asks for, and lodges it the way you do now.
Your report and certificate formats can still travel with the agreement. Upload them to the content library as PDFs and add one to a document as a PDF block, for example a sample report in the agreement, so the site manager knows what they will receive after each visit.

Compliance testing questions, answered
Does QuoteCloud issue backflow test certificates?
No. Your licensed tester tests the device, completes your test report and issues the certificate in the form your water authority or council requires. QuoteCloud is where you quote, agree and get the testing work signed; it doesn't issue certificates of any kind for plumbing, gas or backflow work.
Can QuoteCloud lodge test results with the water authority or council?
No. QuoteCloud doesn't lodge, submit or report test results to any authority. Keep lodging them the way you do now, through the authority's own process or your job management system.
Can I attach my own test report or certificate to a document?
Yes. Upload your report or certificate format to the content library as a PDF and add it to a document as a PDF block. PDF blocks are on Starter and up, and the content library is on Essentials and up. The PDF is your own document, shown as it is.
Can a testing agreement list every device on a site?
Yes. Each device or device type is a line in the price table, with its location and type in the line note, its test frequency and its charge. The months each test is due go in a schedule table as content, and the agreement has an expiry date.
Will QuoteCloud remind my client when a test is due?
No. QuoteCloud doesn't send test-due, service or payment reminders. The schedule in the signed agreement shows the months, and your own diary or job management system books the visits.
Can I send next year's testing offers to all my sites at once?
Yes. Bulk send, on Essentials and up with volume-based costs, sends one template as personalised copies to every site on your list and tracks each copy: sent, opened and accepted. Each site signs its own agreement.
